Completely renovated and beautifully furnished! This lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located on Baytowne Wharf Boulevard in The Resort! With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a family area, and one full bathroom, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Our stylish family room is tastefully designed with comfort in mind, and features plenty of seating for everyone, a large HDTV, and a sleeper sofa plus complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for six guests and kitchen bar seating for two. Our master bedroom features a king Tempurpedic mattress and an HDTV. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an HDTV. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio and enjoy a tropical view of the private courtyard. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. No pets.

You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our condo at Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation!

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Elephant Walk Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and enjoy convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

I have stayed at Baytown Warf two other times, and have had great experiences. This unit was not clean at all, and smelled. Their was still sand on the floor, the floor was not cleaned, barely swept. None of the beds came with an actual blanket, it was a very very thin blanket that was comparable to a bed sheet. Their were also no linens for the pull out couch. One of the towels had brown stains on it. The dryer vent was so full it was hard to clear it out. It was very disappointing. The ice machine in the building did not work at all.

Great option for adults and teens. Thoroughly enjoyed having the Wharf steps away from our condo. Beach is across the highway but free shuttle took us back and forth. Great trip..love of fun memories!

Family Fall Break Pilot House
It was a beautiful condo and conveniently located. We loved the pool area and easy access to the Wharf for our evening walks. This ilea’s our second time staying at the Wharf but first time in the Pilot House. We will be back!

This unit was very nice. As pictured in the photos. It was an easy walk to Baytowne Wharf. It was only a couple minute drive to the other side of the resort to the beach. The only issue we found was the AC did not get as cold as we would have liked.

Great location, perfect for a small family
Things I love, location, decor, has basic needs, and amenities. Things that need work, pots and pans were dirty, rusty, and need to be replaced, listing said it had a keurig but did not, just so you dont buy the wrong kind of coffee like I did. Still worked though, lamp light only in bedrooms and don’t put fans on high. Dishwasher lock is broken, held on with tape. Found a couple roaches. But it was overall clean upon arrival. Handle to bath broken. My fav part was the patio in the morning…

We was unable to stay at property due to roach infestation. We were in touch with Noel from beach blue property and he had us moved to another property. Absolutely unacceptable for guest to arrive with bugs crawling everywhere. There is no way I would recommend this unit to anyone. Very unpleasant. Neil from beach blue deserves an award for being so kind and helpful. He is an amazing Employee. Thank you again Neil for being so kind.

Staff worked hard to make our experience enjoyable. At check in we were relocated to a different room that was nice but not the first floor we had booked due to maintenance issues. New room had a door that would not lock and handle that did not work, but rental staff and maintenance crew worked hard to resolve the issue successfully. Staff made the experience wonderful. We would use this company again.

Pros: Loved this property— patio was so nice, plenty of seating. super close to a gorgeous public beach. Baytowne is awesome to explore, steps from your rooms. Best drinks at Rum Runners! Cons: There was only one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and one trash bag in the trash can— No extras. Two cockroaches were found in one bedroom and the living room. Overall we loved our stay and would be back without the uninvited roach guests.

Perfect location! We did notice the floors weren’t cleaned well but overall the place was perfect. We noted it to the cleaning lady as we left. (We had to keep our flip flops on the whole time). This is an easy fix though for a fab location at Sandestin.

Not what you would except.
There were bugs crawling all around, and dead bugs everywhere. Burnt out lights, no way to turn on lights without the fan running. Lightning in the bedrooms was very poor. Outlets are worn out and plug’s could not stay in without support.. Maintenance response was fantastic, Dave showed up within an hour of our concerns 😊 Bugs should have been taken care of before guests arrive.😞👎

This place was awesome!!
The only thing I would say I felt could be better was 1. The floors are terrible, they make your feet black so I made sure to wear shoes the whole time. 2. The ac may need to be looked at. The smaller bedroom is super hot at night. 3. The fire alarm kept getting pulled. Otherwise this is hands down the best place to stay. I only say this to help, not to be a Karen.

Unit was dirty upon check in. Bottle of rotten milk on TV stand. Someone’s house shoes left by chair. Filthy air return vents. Back door lock was broken. Lint trap in dryer was broken and is a huge fire hazard. I’m not sure this company follows any cleaning regulations much less enhanced cleaning measures for COVID. Upon speaking with management company we were told “someone can pick up the items left behind”. Also maintenance was sent to repair the door. He was able to get it to lock and said “that should get you through the night”!

Worst VRBO ever!
Dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Floors were extremely dirty. My feet were black after walking around barefoot. Pullout couch mattress pad had food and gross stains on it. Blanket for pullout couch was stained. White couch was very dirty. Glasses in cupboards were dirty. King bed was hard, basically a thin foam pad and pillows were horrible. They basically did the minimum to make this place half presentable. For the price I’d stay at the Hilton 5 minutes away and Uber to all the Baytown Wharf activities which were exceptional. The only good thing about this place is location.

Did not meet my personal living expectations
The first thing we saw on the kitchen floor when we entered the unit was a roach on the floor. The next morning we found roaches in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The living room sofa was visibly dirty. I do not think it was recently cleaned or well maintained. I called and asked for new linens after removing all linens from both beds. We left to go to the beach and when we returned they had only changed the queen bed. I called management again because the king bed did not have any new linens. They eventually came back and changed that bed. This morning when I flipped the pillow over on the queen bed that my child slept on it had mildew on it as well. I think they should take cleaning and discarding stained linens more seriously. No one wants to pay all of that money only to be uncomfortable. I did ask if any other rooms were available and of course Labor Day weekend. They had nothing available.This was a very bad experience for my family. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Overall the area of Florida was underwhelming. Condominium was nice, but had a musty smell associated with HVAC unit. We cut our visit short by 2 weeks mainly to escape Coronavirus issue we saw as pending. But also not happy enough with area to stay more than 2 weeks.
