Take advantage of great rates on this Majestic Sun 1004B two bedroom, two bath deluxe vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Destin, FL. This condo was recently updated with fresh new decor, kitchen now features brand new stainless steel appliances, new paint, new bedding, and more! With sleeping capacity for six people, you and your guests will have plenty of room to relax! This 10th floor condominium offers an oversized balcony where you can delight in the breathtaking views of the beach from both the master bedroom and the living room.


As you enter this condo you are greeted with a full kitchen with brand new granite counters and stainless steel appliances, newly tiled floors, a dining area, and a beautiful living room that leads to the private balcony. The Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. In fact, this condo is one of the only ones in Majestic Sun that has a stand alone shower in the Master bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo. This condo is also one of the only ones that provides an additional internet connection for guest use.

With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee. Unit does come with private parking spot.

Beautiful views!
The condo's location and views could not be any better! A few things need to be addressed. Condo could use some paint ie. spare bedroom and bathroom also all trim baseboards etc. Several light bulbs were out bathroom, hall, and stove. Kitchen needs more silverware and dishes and a k-cup coffee maker would be nice. All in all we were very pleased!

Third time at Majestic Sun
This was our third stay at the Majestic Sun location. We love the location and have had great stays. This trip was no different. Would say this particular condo we we would rate as our third favorite. It was a good condo, but missing light bulbs in the bathrooms and could use a few minor updates. The only thing that was really annoying that we had not experienced before, was some sort of blower fan in the wall behind the dryer. When it came on, it vibrated the walls so bad it was kind of hard to think. Seems like that needs to be evaluated. Other than that, great staff, we rented a golf cart which was great, and the beach is always the best!

Property was clean and nice as mentioned in the lsiting. Bathroom vent not working and towel holder had fallen down. Main door key was loose and tricky to fix. Contacted the property manager and we asked them fix those things after our departure. However, the view from the rooms, proximity to beach and quietness around the location was amazing.

If your looking for something off the beaten path, this is the place. Very easy in & out! The Mgmt team is there to assist you and are super helpful. The beach is literally across the street and is super accessible. This location is super close to everything you could want or need. We will definitely stay here again!

Check In Woes
I'm not knocking this property -- it was very good, like my own. I rented it because mine got booked after the Governor lifted restrictions on vacation rentals. However, the check-in process was horrible. The property manager sent me no less than 15 emails before I arrived. Buried in one of them that I failed to notice was a contract signing requirement. I received a call from them while I was on the road on my way down there, an hour before they were closing their office, asking me to sign before they would give me the door code. I had to pull over and attempt to do so on my cell phone. The font was so tiny that I could not read the document at all. Further, the first document did not work, so I spent another 20 minutes waiting for them to call back and update the links. It took roughly 40 minutes to complete this and get back on the road. What a terrible way to begin a vacation. So, to the property manager, I recommend these things: 1. Stop sending so many stupid email advertisements until you have checked people in. Any more than 1 confirming the reservation and providing the contract for execution is TOO MUCH. 2. Simplify the contract. There were about 15 places to sign. This is ridiculous (and being a lawyer, I have to disclaim that this is not legal advice, but certainly is an expert opinion). 3. If you don't get the contract the day before arrival, then call the tenant. Don't wait until one hour before closing your office and threaten to prevent people from getting in when they are traveling. That's just not right.
