Not sure we would stay here again unless the owners spend some money and update this condo. Several things made our stay very uncomfortable. Be aware: you can’t use streaming services on the 2 small TVs because they’re old. You’ll only be able to watch cable. The bed is probably old and killed my back. No exaggeration. The handle on the door to the outdoor balcony/patio is broken and needs to be repaired. It almost falls out and we couldn’t get it to lock. It was so bad, we avoided going out on the balcony. This issue has been mentioned in other reviews so I’m sure the owners know about it. The carpet is extremely dingy and my husband even complained about it. Important: be aware that the beach area for this massive resort is extremely small and couldn’t possibly accommodate all the people staying at the resort! unless you pay around 55 per day to rent beach chairs, you’ll be hard pressed to find any open space on the beach because the resort rental chairs are intentionally set up first thing in the morning to take up the majority of the tiny beach space. If you do manage to find a very small open space, you’ll need to go very very early in the morning to claim it. No exaggeration here either. The owners have a few old beach accessories but they were pitiful (and some were broken). I strongly recommend to bring your own rolling cart, beach chairs and pool items. Also be aware that no free tennis court time is available to you. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Take a blanket! There was no blanket for the sofa sleeper. Contacted property manager and was told one would be delivered, but that never happened. WalMart was close enough to solve the problem myself

The condo was great for my 2 teen daughters and I. The roll away bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that’s to be expected. The king size bed was very comfortable 😄 It was about a 2 block enjoyable walk to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The property is about 3 miles away from a nice outside mall that my teens enjoyed.

Overall a nice place. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (looked like it hadn’t been swept). Outlet for lamp on right side of bed only worked on bottom 1/2. Door to balcony very tricky. Almost got locked out. Pics of balcony views are a little deceptive. Thought we were getting a better view but was really the parking lot.

Relaxing getaway
My husband and I were in need of a quick getaway and this was the perfect place. We have two little ones that stayed home this trip with the grandparents and this place did not disappoint. It had everything we needed with a very short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the waters clear. Definitely will look into staying at this property again!

Good but not great.
We are frequent visitors to San Destin but due to last minute approvals, had to grab whatever came available. Lots of little things that we hadn’t experienced in other places: Cons: 1. Lots of dirty dishes, pans, etc. I had to basically wash anything before using. Multiple plates had residue on them, dirty pan, some silverware that hadn’t been cleaned properly. 2. Noisy. I guess it’s bc we’re next to the mechanical closet but there were random squeaks, hums, whistles, etc.. wasn’t problematic sleeping bc we were always wore out but could be irritating to others. Not a deal breaker, just an occasional nuisance of “what was that?!”. 3. Both hide-a-bed couches, uncomfortable to sit on. Stiff and rough. The hide-a-bed itself wasn’t bad, probably more comfy than its couch. 4. Washing machine Is tiny tiny and doesn’t drain well so it takes an hour plus to dry anything. 5. Underneath everything was dirty. Wrappers, etc.. Obviously beneath tables and couches rarely gets attention. 6. Biggie, the patio door is a booger to lock. Had to call maintenance to figure it out. 7. Reported door lock not working on Sat kid-afternoon. Said No one was available and would check Sunday. Sunday at 4 hadn’t heard from anyone, called back and had someone there within 30. Think they forgot us. 8. No seating around pool area. 9. Literally nowhere to setup on the beach yourself bc of the 20,000 San Destin “pay to sit” setups. Really irritated us and frankly, kept us from going to the beach much during the day. 10. No shelves or storage in bathroom. 11. Small TV for 2020. Pros: 1. Location is excellent. 2. Pool is nice, especially for kids. Waterfall was fun. 3. Place was equipped well in kitchen, etc.. 4. Staff was friendly. 5. Bed was average in comfort, at best, but a full king was nice. 6. Cable TV and WiFi were great. 7. Parking was exceptionally good the whole trip. 8. Walk to the beach in 10 mins. 9. Ponds are catch and release and you can fish. Con: Caught a couple out of three trips out. Not worth the effort IMO Overall, good experience, it just could have been a little better in some areas. Would I recommend? Depends on how picky you are.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Super clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Having all the pool/beach supplies on hand made traveling so much easier. Just a short walk to the beach. Owners were super friendly and answered all questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great for business
This was a business trip to which I specifically needed to be close to the Hilton for a convention and this property is within walking distance. Still close to the beach and all the amenities of shopping and food. The condo was very well kept and clean. My only complaint would be the mattress. It was incredibly uncomfortable that I felt sore and exhausted most of the stay. My husband who never complains - also woke up sore each morning. We thought about buying an egg crate topper just to get through but didnt. That would be one recommendation to the owners to please upgrade the bed. I could feel a spring right in the middle of my back. At a min- a thick 2-3 inch foam topper would work wonders. The other recommendation would be heavier blanket for those of us who still freeze at 75 degrees. Since my trip in was by flight I was unable to bring my warm blanket. I do not like to touch the AC settings as 75 is actually quite warm for my husband, however I freeze. The compromise is me layering up and additional blankets, but there was only one other light blanker. Overall we had a really good experience and the location was perfect for what we needed. The tastefully decorated condo is something we would consider visiting again if the bed is changed to a better one.

Enjoyed the unit, needs a little bit of TLC but for the most part nice for the location and price. Carpets can use some cleaning. Bedspread is practical, but can use some update too (some extra blankets could be fabulous for when laying around the living room). Shower head needs to be replaced, and some shelving in the bathroom could be very accommodating since there is no counter space or cabinet under the sink. Balcony door lock wasn’t working. The TV remote control in the living area wasn’t working properly (even with new batteries). The condo amenities were great, full kitchen items made it easy to cook. The owner’s storage closet had beach supplies, thank you for that!! We definitely will be staying here again!!
