Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants just a block away. The large heated pool** is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area.

Level 3: King Bedroom with Bathroom and Walkout Balcony (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Twin over Twin and Queen over Queen Bunks and Private Bathroom (sleeps 6).

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. This access point has parking, handicap ramps, and public restrooms.

4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your fur babies.Normally - this propery is NOT pet friendly.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase additional supplies if needed.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
