Welcome to Casa de Zia - your cozy retreat away from home. Come and enjoy the serene and private backyard, with no development behind the house. Whether you're relaxing in the hot tub while gazing at the red rocks, enjoying coffee and bird watching, or socializing with friends around the fire pit, the experience is truly exceptional. If you are in the mood to do some shopping or enjoying one of Moab’s many wonderful restaurants, you are only a brief 5-minute walk from the center of town.

Casa de Zia not only features a stunning fenced yard with a hot tub and fire pit but also offers a two-car garage, a spacious driveway, and additional off-street parking. Inside, the residence is spacious, modern, and clean, equipped with every conceivable amenity to create a stress-free atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the picturesque surroundings. For entertainment, you can enjoy high-speed fiber internet and a large smart TV, along with an assortment of games for both children and adults.

The sleeping arrangements include all-new beds in the three bedrooms, comprising a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa and rollaway bed in the living room.

Conveniently located, the house is just a few blocks from downtown and only a 5-10 minute drive to Arches National Park and 25-30 minutes to Canyonlands National Park. Additionally, there are mountain bike and hiking trails outside the national parks, petroglyphs, dinosaur tracks, and much more, all within a 30-minute radius from the house.

As a property under owner management, there are no frustrating management companies to deal with. I am dedicated to providing prompt responses, and any issues will be promptly addressed. Great location, beautiful space
Casa de Zia is a lovely home, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but with a private yard that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. The inside is light,cheerfully and tastefully decorated and is very clean. We especially appreciated the book put together by the owners with hiking trail recommendations. Wish we had stayed longer!

Communication with host was excellent. The place is so well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of different sitting areas. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of beach towels by the door to the hot tub, storage containers in the kitchen, and bird feeders. It was great to walk to everything in town. Wonderful clean home. Tons of room for the family and everything you need in the kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great addition, and it was clean. The boardgames and old-school video arcade game were a great addition as well. Fantastic location to anything you want to do and see in Moab. I would definitely stay here and recommend this property again.

We absolutely luved the house, it was gorgeous! It was comfy, spacious and was easy to walk to town. The decor was awesome! We used the hot tub after hiking and enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Luved this house!

Moab home away from home
Everything about this property was great for our stay in Moab. After staying in other areas around Utah seeing the other parks of The Mighty Five, it was wonderful to stay in a home with all the amenities we could want. Having a full size backyard with fire pit, hot tub, and backyard birds to watch at the feeder made for a great outdoor space to relax in. The home’s kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms were all well stocked with the things needed for meals and comfort. The living spaces, furniture, and beds were very comfortable. Having a full size garage for our motorcycles was great. Propane grill had plenty of fuel and was in good working order. Tamara, the host, was a pleasure to work with. While we typically try to visit new places instead of returning to places we’ve been, I would gladly make this our home away from home again if we’re back in Moab.

Perfect location for the parks
The location was only about 15 minutes from Arches and 40 mins from Canyonlands, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the Zia sun god symbol on the wall and I’m inspired by the story to get one for my wall at home. Thanks for the stay!

Misleading posting
The house is great, but it is misrepresented in my opinion. We were a group of 6 adults. The master bedroom and bathroom are big and nice, great for 2 people. The Guest bedroom is small and tight for 2 people unless it is a couple. The 3rd bedroom is a kid's bedroom. The beds are very small and uncomfortable. The memory mattresses are so soft that when you wake up in the morning you feel like in a hole. I am 5'9" and the bed was too short. The sofa pull out is less than optimal. We spent most of the time out adventuring and good night sleep is important. The house is more suitable for families with kids rather than all adults. The internet router is located in the garage, so coverage in the Living room was slow and none in the further bedrooms. I feel like what we paid for a week stay was way too much for what the place has to offer.

Lovely Home!
Beautiful home and property for our family of 6! The littles appreciated the pool nearby, and the hot tub was great for mom and dad after the kids went to bed. We were close to everything in Moab, and just a short drive from other attractions. Arches was beautiful!

Great Moab Property!
This place was perfect for friends on a bike trip to Moab. The property owner was extremely nice, and the property itself is amazing. It is very large to accommodate many people, has an awesome patio in the shade for the afternoon, as well as a backyard with a fire pit for later in the evening. Very well stocked and extremely clean. Located near town and only a block or two from multiple bike shops, as well as the river. Plus a large garage to store bikes. Could not be better for location and overall space. The only thing is I don't totally agree with is that it sleeps 9. Technically yes, but that assumes doubling up people in the beds as well as the sleeper sofa. Ok for families, but maybe not perfect for friend groups. We still made it work for eight people, and there is more than enough room to spread out, bathrooms, kitchen area, etc. Overall the place it awesome-by far the the best we have stayed at in Moab in all the years we have gone.

Comforts of home!
The host couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was great to communicate with and allowed us to have a late check out which was great with sleeping teens. The house is so well stocked! Bluetooth speakers, lots of throw blankets, and even a cooler! Teens loved the hot tub and the pool. Plenty of space! Comfortable bed and great location. Teens loved walking to the food trucks.

Super clean, comfortable house!
Everything was great! Casa Zia was exceptionally clean. Kitchen has everything you need, including necessary spices and cooking oil. And, above all, a sharp knife for chopping veggies! (So many vacation rentals have dull knives.) My sister was in in awe of the master bathroom shower, and we all appreciated the comfortable living room furniture. Location is great: easy access to downtown if so desired. The only thing a renter should be aware of: This is a duplex, and you can SLIGHTLY hear the neighbors through the walls. Luckily for us, the neighbors were folk musicians, and they played lovely mandolin/guitar music in the evenings. It was not at all intrusive. We actually enjoyed it! All in all, a great stay. We would highly recommend!!
