Old hotel, it was dirty and creepy feeling. There was not enough parking. Had to go down almost a blocked to check in because the guy owned two hotels and wouldn’t man the hotel. We were at very confusing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Check in was at the hotel next door. This hotel was convenient for visiting Arches National Park.

Quiet inexpensive stay

The hotel is old. Some remodeling has been done. Not perfect but rooms are clean and tidy. Bed is firm and comfortable. Quiet location. For the area cost was the most reasonable for a 2 night stay.

Poor hotel!

Hotel was very aged with no indication of upgrading. Room was not very clean, television did not work, and was not very clean. Would not stay here again.

No breakfast. No kleenex in room. Shower had no place to put washcloth, soap, shampoo,etc. Bathroom light was above toilet not the sink. Hot and cold water reversed in sink. No lamp on nightstand.

The pictures on Expedia are way out of date. There is no longer anything cutsie about this property. One outdated plug is unsucessfully attempting to pull the load of TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, clock, and a lamp. Must pull out the counter to plug/unplug until the thing you need will work. It is filthy behind the cabinet, the floors were constantly gritty, the bed was also gritty, and the shower is molded. Maintenance and cleaning are desperately needed. The swimming pool no longer exists. It has been concreted in.

Pass on this one

The place is convenient to Arches natl park. Our toilet made bad gurgling sounds, had to close lid before flushing or else the contents would spew out of bowl! Almost no plugs to recharge devices. Fridge didn’t work. Great ice machine. Could hear everything next door. Furniture old and tired. Bathroom floor was heated but I assume not on purpose. Tv channels almost nonexistent or snowy. Would not recommend. It’s really inexpensive compared to other overpriced places in Moab.

Nice quiet place to stay. Older hotel but you can tell they are making upgrades. Bed was comfortable and was great to have microwave and refrigerator in room.
