Awesome vacation spot
This property is beautiful and well-maintained. The hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking and biking. We loved the layout and the fireplace that comes on with the flick of a switch. It was also nice to be able to pull the car into the garage. The views of the mountains from the balcony and back patio were magnificent. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great house!!! Everything was clean everything worked well. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to canyonlands national park, arches national park and dead hoarse state park. My only complaint is that we can't stay longer.

Lovely stay in Moab
The property and accommodations were nice and exactly as advertised. We would have stayed longer if we could. Perfect amount of space, lots of activities for the kids to do. My only recommendation would be to please turn the air down prior to the guests arrival. It took a full day to actually cool to 72. (To be fair, it was 100+ outside.). All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect basecamp and hangout space
This house and management combo was overall awesome. Highly recommend. Close to downtown Moab (5-10 min), quick access to Arches gate (15 ish minutes), beautiful outdoor hangout space with covered massive table to enjoy outdoor meals/cookouts, covered super comfy couches/swivel chairs, and nice large hot tub to relax after a day on your feet. Great outdoor game options (badmitten, cornhole, ping ping in the garage). Very clean and well kept. Easy communication. Everything was as advertised without issues.

Cliffrose Court house was great. More than big enough for a family of four, there was plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the badminton court on the side of the house and the hot tub was great after long days of hiking at Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. Close to town and the awesome T-Rex 4x4 tour (it's a must-do).

A week in always majestic Utah
We had a terrific week in this comfy home! Wish the weather had been a little less like winter, but we still mtn biked and hiked until exhausted. The hot tub was a treat after all of the exercise! So many outside seating areas to enjoy. And most of all, the Hostess was fabulous. Always available to answer questions within minutes! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and extras
Very nice house with plenty of room for us, our 2 children and their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great space. Very nice and clean hot tub, and badminton just outside off the very large and well furnished covered patio.

National Parks Family Vacation
The home was located in a nice area but just a little further out of town than we had expected but a very easy drive into Moab. Spacious and accommodating to the entire family with bedrooms upstairs but with a hide-a-bed downstairs. Multiple bathrooms made it great for everyone to get ready at the same time. A spacious kitchen allowed for many cooks at once, maybe too many ( just kidding). The yard was a great place for the kids to play and run around and included an outdoor eating area and grill. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone but especially a large group.

Better then expected
This place was perfect for our group. We trailered in a jeep and sxs from Texas and we’re able to park behind the condo on the street. No one gave us a hard time either. Condo outdoor areas was perfect with a big outdoor table to eat at and a ton of outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations!
We loved our stay here! Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. The private hot tub and private deck and exterior table were perfect. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the pans, toaster, and can opener need to be replaced as they were broken or had other issues. We will be returning here for sure. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful condo, the scenery out every window is spectacular. Lots of outdoor places to sit with a view. The condo is well stocked, we had most dinners in. Perfect for our sister's family reunion. The beds are comfortable, nice to have a garage. We will be back!

Amazing sights and a great home base
Our family really enjoyed this property, this was our first time to Moab, and this property was a great home base for us. we were able to see many parks, and still have a pace for dinners and relaxation every night.

Pretty nice
The pics were a little misleading, it’s nice though. The additional fees outside of the actual night’s stay are ridiculously high. They want to charge you for extra toilet paper outside of your one roll, same with paper towels, and they give you half a roll. Crazy! Then they want you to clean the place, strip the beds and dispose of all trash, before you leave, on top of charging a cleaning fee. Ridiculous!

Awesome House!
