This home may be the experience where you don't leave at all during your stay but instead grab groceries on your way in and enjoy complete "down time" hanging out, grilling, taking in sunsets, and gathering for happy hour. Now that's a vacation! If you wish to venture out, there are multiple pools, beach access, a clubhouse, and tennis courts.
This three-level Townhome has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The loft holds an entire family suite with a King bed, full-size bath, a crib and 2 twin beds. A Keurig coffee maker, a mini fridge for wine and beer, and a private rooftop deck complete it. Perfect for a separate family sleeping area. The sleeping areas on the main level include a queen room en suite and a second bedroom with two twin beds.
The lower-level den includes a bar and an extra full-size refrigerator for handy snacks while gaming or coming in from the dock. This level has a King Bedroom with a full bathroom. The decks wrap around the entire side of both levels—lots of comfortable seating.

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
