Upon arrival we had to pay a £50 deposit which was not told to us prior to the booking or even on the website. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Really happy with our stay. My friend & I stayed as part of 40th birthday and the hotel have been amazing in setting a surprise for me at the request of my friend. Very happy to recommend to friends and family ❤️

Fabulous stay, lovely room, great staff on reception. Breakfast seemed short staffed, tables not cleared and had to ask for tea/coffee then had to take cups from another table, otherwise good. Would definitely stay again and wd have stayed extra night but room price for second night over double the price.
