It was great for me. However- I was with a wedding party. I booked two suites- 1 for myself & 1 for my friend Steph who was a member of the wedding party. I had time to check in prior to the wedding, but Stephanie didn’t. So after the wedding & reception when she did try to check in- because it was after 12AM- they said her reservation had been cancelled. So my friend had no room.

When I first walk into the hotel there’s an over load of chlorine. Now I know why. The rest of the building has a really odd smell. It’s everywhere. Whoever walked in the room to turn on the air conditioner did not wipe the food off the wall, didn’t throw the previous visitors bathroom garbage away, took the time to sweep out the corners filled with crud. I’m not talking about a missed sweep, I’m talking about it not being cleaned for a long long time. The coffee makers was full of old dust that crumbled when I ran my finger thru it. And then I had what looked like a bed bug. If I didn’t have to work the next morning, I would have left immediately. They did move me to a different room, but that room too had that odd smell. And who can sleep after finding a bug like that?

Our room was great until we went into the bathroom where the exhaust fan hardly worked and the wall was falling apart by the shower head. Otherwise everything else was great staff was helpful.
