This was my fifth stay in the same hotel.I liked them for their safe shuttle service and polite reception staff along with clean rooms and free breakfast service. I come there every 6 months usually for a day due to flight layover in Montreal. The place is usually well maintained. But this around I had a rough experience.This time the shuttle driver was late and after reaching the airport instead of opening the door to the shuttle, went to his friends to smoke. I had to ask him to take me to the hotel. Moreover I had to book a cab to go back to the airport for the connecting flight as the receptionist said the driver was unpredictable. Such unreliable staff make the whole plan very shaky and gives a bad reputation to the hotel.

Nice quick hotel stay
We stayed here overnight before our flight the next morning. The stay went well, but the parking was a bit of an issue. Low number of spots originally or having to walk around to the front from the back (if there). Otherwise, nothing preventing us from staying there again.

Perfect location and services(breakfast and morning shuttle to airport) Building seems a bit old but it has been managed well. Room was clean, warm, pretty quiet even airplane noise sometimes pass by. Our family rested well during layover.

airport shuttle included, but waiting time around 30-40 minutes over night we had 2 fire alarms, when we went to hall, there was no one there to explain whats going on. So we cant sleep well and were not feeling safe at all. Room sound insulation is not good, i was able to hear people talking over phone over 2 rooms. toilet/faucets - in bad/outdated condition, require small replacements here and there. not in best shape for hotel

Absolutely no parking for people that are actually staying at the hotel. Parking lot was full of travellers that are away for days on end. Lousy rooms with no stop noise from the shuttle coming and going at all hours taking people back and fourth to the airport.
