Property staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited cold and not refreshed in a timely way if late. Area around property is sketchy and not the best.Perhaps expected due to its proximity to Gare Du Nord.

Super convenient and walkable within minutes to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. Habib was at the front desk when we arrived and was super friendly & helpful. Free coffee was available all day. Rooms were clean and of a good size. Would highly recommend.

I would have given it a five start if the AC was actually working. The rooms were roomie for a hotel in France. walking distance from the main Train station which was convenient. The beds were comfy. The room furniture and bedding was a little out-dated.

Receptionist was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Superior room was a good size for Paris with comfortable bed and great shower. Great soundproofing and effective aircon. This property is ideally located within a couple of minutes walk of Gare du Nord station. The area isn’t the best but is perfect if you plan to use the trains each day, which we did. The room is modern and is perfect for getting a good nights sleep. The bathroom has a few essential toiletries and the shower is very nice. Water was given for free on the first day but we were told we had to pay after that which did seem a bit conflicting as we heard other guests being given it for free each day. We had a problem with the safe in our room but it was rectified very quickly. We had the breakfast on the last day which was nice although a little bit on the expensive side for what it was. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its perfect location and lovely, clean rooms.

Great hotel, right next to the Gare du Nord so couldn't be more convenient for arriving on the Eurostar, and obviously great transport links to everywhere else we wanted to visit in Paris. Room was quite small, but to be expected for the price and location. Staff were very friendly. Room had a small fridge which was handy. Would happily stay here again!
