The gal at the front desk when I first checked in and the one at check out were both phenomenal and made sure I had everything I needed and was super friendly. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage biscuits and gravy, pancakes cereal and cinnamon rolls were delicious

Good Night minus the pool.
Plus - Nice staff. Hearty breakfast. Quiet. Nice lounge area. Close to everything Clean. Pets stay free! Minus- Hard mattress. All electric sockets in room loose-hard to keep things plugged in. Pool old. Bottom of pool is grimy and gross but water crystal clear.

My previous response was automatically sent. More details. The Asst Manager said I can get a full refund. The email she sent me has been stopped on her end as it is no longer available in my inbox. I paid $293.27 for my room and are expecting a refund. She said she couldn't issue a refund because I booked through Hotel.com. We had someone stomping and running on the floor above us and some really loud trucks outside and the Beds were hard but other than that very nice stay
