I really enjoyed my stay. Peaceful country setting away from everything.

Community center. It has stove, refrigerator and coffee station.

This Sassy little retreat was a magnificent experience for Stella (my lil pup) and I. It was the cutest and quietest little retreat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Owners were very friendly.

Cool idea great stay felt right at home! Owner's were very nice, coffee was off the chart good could go into the kitchen and make some as needed. Trust your gps it will take your right there!

Exactly as described. Sassy Springs is a “glorified “ camping experience. Beautiful property, friendly hosts who foster a comfortable, no fuss experience. If you don’t like the outdoors or socializing with others this is not for you. Our family had a blast, thank you!

What an amazing place!!! The glamping tent was wonderful; it was clean, very comfortable and lovely! We had a firepit to ourself, 2 queen beds, electricity and air!! The woods were magical, with lights hung in the trees and nice pathways. The community center had a fantastic kitchen, kids area, games, and bar!! The bathrooms were also fantastic and even had tubs! The owners were great and fun to be around. Would definitely recommend Sassy Springs, and will stay here again if we're in the area!!

CUTEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!!! They have everything you need and more. Such an adorable and lovely place. The tents are very cozy and clean, the property is beautiful and lit up by fairy lights at night, they have a barn with a full kitchen/kids area/couch/TV, clean bathrooms with huge bathtubs and SO much more. The man that showed us around even let me and my friends take one of the pans from the kitchen with us to Bonnaroo because he heard we had forgotten one. 10/10!!!!!!!!

It was as pictured! Beautiful and definitely better than a hotel! The tipi was super cute, everything was clean. I wish we would have gone when it wasn't so muddy, but it was nice. Heater in the tent and bathroom. There was a little kitchen to cook with, they had several dishes and cook ware to use along with coffee and such. Definetly will come back! Waterfalls near here are beautiful as well.

Glamping!

There was a mixup with hotels.com overbooking my reservation so the proprietors were not expecting me. They were so apologetic and felt terrible about it even though it was not their fault. Thank goodness there was another tent that they were able to set me up in. This was a bohemian themed tent with bean bags and Morrocan candle holders dangling down from the center point of the tent’s peak, LED lit candles to cast an ambient glow and electricity inside the tent. Two portable heaters were set up to warm the tent on those cooler TN nights. The tents are off ground on a wooded deck, are pitched over 20 feet away from the nearest tent to provide a sense of privacy. The bathrooms are attached to the barn and has a country charm - the bathtub is a trough which is long and large enough to stretch your feet in and fit two people. The water temperature was perfect, I didn’t feel cold at all after getting out of the bath. There is a full kitchen (stove, oven, sink and fridge). You can make a full meal. The proprietors sell wood if you want to start a campfire. Trimmed tree trunks encircle the campfires Whig is a great way to invite others to join you and make new friends. I highly recommend Sassy Springs Hotel & Retreat to anyone who wants something off the beaten path, who wants to be close enough to nature yet not rough it completely - then this is for you! Loved it!

Was everything we needed and more to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Wether we stayed at the retreat or ventured off to the near by waterfalls and hiking bluffs, we were able to unwind. Good vibes from the kind couple who run it. As you see the pride they have take to crest a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great job you two! We'll be back!

Charming campground

Amazing little campground. Quality tents with A/C and comfy beads. The shared clean bathrooms we're clean, wifi strong and the shared kitchen had all the necessities. Owner was friendly and welcoming. We were unlucky with heavy rain, but the tent handled it perfect.
