Ranch-tyylisessä keittiössä on kahdeksan ruokapöytä (lehtiä), viiden polttimen s��hköliesi, liesi, sisäänrakennetut kaksoisuunit ja ravintolatyylinen jääkaappi. Toinen jääkaappi ylimmällä pakastimella sijaitsee viereisessä pesutuvassa, joka toimii toisena prep-keittiönä. Kodissa on viisi makuuhuonetta ja neljä täyttä kylpyammetta (neljä makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpyhuonetta päärakennuksessa ja vierasmökki sekä kylpyamme takana). Master-sviitissä - puutarhaan, merelle ja joen suistoon - on king-vuode, peilattu sidos alue, laajat kaapit ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihku ja "suihkukaappi". Viereisessä kuntosalissa on sisäänrakennettu balettitynnyri (tuo harjoitusmatot!).Kolme muuta makuuhuonetta (kuningatar, parivuode ja kaksi XL-kaksoset) jakavat kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta suihkulla: yksi sijaitsee salissa; toinen vieressä keittiö ja pesutupa. Yksityisessä vierasmökissä on queen-vuode, TV, nahkatuoli, ikkunaistuin ja minikeittiö. Siellä on baaripaikkoja kahdelle sekä neljän polttimen sähköliesi, huoneistokokoinen jääkaappi ja petis Cuisinart-kahvinkeitin. Tämä palmujen reunustamalla päässä on täydellinen koti ulkona ystäville ja loistava tukikohta tutkimaan kaikkia Montereyn niemimaan luonnollisia ihmeitä. Kaapeli ja WiFi tarjotaan, mutta etäisyyden päässä lähimmästä solutornista Internet-nopeus ei välttämättä sovellu suoratoistoon. Excellent place for small groups
We had a group of six. Bedrooms and bathrrom accommodations were perfect. The property is gorgeous and the location is about 30 mins from seaside/Monterey. Property Manager is responsive in case of issues. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capurro Ranch. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the views from the property were nothing short of amazing. The location is great; secluded enough to feel private but still close to restaurants and activities. The birdwatchers in our group had plenty to get excited about. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Short, lovely visit to Moss Landing
We went to Moss Landing to kayak in the estuary and enjoy some family time. We found this house to be perfectly suited to our needs - there were ten of us (two children) plus a dog. It's a beautiful house with tons of space and more built-in storage than any of us had ever seen! The "dance studio" was our granddaughters' favorite room. Lots of kitchen amenities, many fireplaces (we only used one), beautiful views of the gardens and estuary from inside the house. It's not actually *at* the beach - I missed that small detail when booking - but it's a 2 minute drive to get there, it's close to kayaking outfitters and several casual restaurants, and only 30 minutes from the Monterey wharf. Michael was very responsive when I had questions about the property, and Frank came by and shared some of his family's history as we were checking out. We've driven past this property many times over the years without noticing it - now we all look forward to staying again.

great location….
This is the cleanest house I have ever rented. As large as this house is, it was immaculate and beautiful! The only problem I had was the height of everything. I am only 4’11” and couldn’t reach much in the kitchen. My family very much enjoyed our stay and would like to plan another stay here, the groundscwere amazing!!!!!!

Lovely home
We enjoyed a great 3 days with two other couples. The grounds are beautiful. "Secret gardens", succulent plant gardens and paths. The views are out one direction to the slough/bay, and the other to the strawberry fields. The home sits all by itself on a spit of land between slough and strawberry fields. Very quiet and private. A bit difficult to find off Hwy 1. The home is dated, circa 1970's? Dark paneling, etc. Some upgrades - flooring, counter tops etc. However has a cozy feel. Overall we really enjoyed and recommend!

Wonderful, large secluded house
Amazing views and lots of different options for sleeping including a separate cottage with kitchenette and a large yoga room for kids to play Or dancers to dance in or Yogi’s to stretch in. all the dishes,pots, and pans needed were there. close to kayaking paddle boarding hiking and beach. No neighbors! We had a great time!

Incredible Views
If you want a house with wonderful views, beautiful gardens and room to spread out - this is the house for you! Love the mid-century design of the house and furnishings. The gardens are very hummingbird friendly. All the cactus and succulents are absolutely beautiful! We were lucky enough to see two sets of baby birds take their first flights. You can also watch sea otters and several different breeds of birds from right out of the windows. Highly recommend this property !!!

Lovely view and walk to beach.
The location and views are amazing. .45 mile flat ground walk to a private beach along side strawberry fields. Short drive to the jetty, far off the road. Electric stove was awkward to figure out but we did it. Only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub, and/or pool table and better internet (might not be possible due to location). We met the owner coming around to take garbage cans out and walk to the beach himself. We left sand toys there, our kids have outgrown them. Loved it, thank you.

Away from the crowds
Perfect get away for our family aging from 2 to seniors. Loved the hike to the beach, views of the Elkhorn Slough and the fields of strawberries behind us. Still close enough to Monterey and all it offers but away from the crowds. The house was well-equpped and a very unique property. The property manager was very accommodating for the one thing we reached out for. We would book this property again.

Family Thanksgiving
We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving trip to the Monterey area and the property at Capurro Ranch was amazing! The house and guest house fit our group of 9 perfectly and the views were spectacular. It was a pleasure working with Michael and we would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend family birthday celebration
There were 8 of us and one well behaved (and thrilled to be there) dog. Ages 70 - 4. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely home with terrific views of the Elkhorn Slough. The landscaping was very suitable to the location. The Guest House on the property was a plus. The walking trail to the ocean and a fire pit in the back yard around which we talked, sang songs and made smores were all bonuses.
