The stay was nice. Very welcoming. The fact that none of the cleaning people spoke English it made it a little difficult to communicate had to keep going to the office to get items for the room. The room could have been cleaner my kids found 4 used vapes. Asides that the stay was very peaceful. Everything was convenient stores activities ect.. I would definitely recommend.

Our overall stay was not bad. I was disappointed when I got to the hotel and found out they did not have elevators. My sister had just had a baby so going up and down the stairs was hard on her. The first room we were given smelled so bad like cigarette, we had to be given another room. I’ve seen at the Hyatt and many different locations. They’re usually very updated and very clean and nice. This one was a little outdated, so I was just a little disappointed

The rooms were nice, having separate bedrooms and bathrooms was a plus. Only negative was the aircon in the room broke But they had someone come check it quickly, and got us a new room.

I am thrilled that your facility is pet friendly. Sadly, however, when walking my dog around the property there were a dozen of piles of feces that were not picked up. I also noticed there are no dog “stations” with bags and a trash can. The only trash can was at the lobby entrance. The truth is that is not the properties fault, but irresponsible pet owners. Therefore the property should provide more options.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms which was a great option for our family-,and a great deal. Breakfast was also great!

Our room did not have cooking pots or utensils for us to use. It has a full kitchen but nothing to use in it. The refrigerator was missing glass shelves so you couldn’t use the bottom drawers in it. There was only 1 big towel and 3 hand towels for a room that was registered for two adults. The floors in the room that were not carpet were dirty to the point the bottom of my feet were black. ( this was in the kitchen area and the bathroom area)

The room was fine but the outside areas needed to be cleaned. There was trash on the sidewalks and in the area in front of our room that seemed to be there for days.
