The Four Points was chosen because of its good location. Easy to walk to the mall for dinner and close to local business. All was good with the room, comfortable and clean. Will likely stay there again.

Convenient location. Plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Quick connection to Palm Beach Road and opportunity to travel in either direction - Navi Mumbai and main Mumbai. Polite and efficient hotel staff and good breakfast spread made our experience memorable.

Good hotel with convenient transport links. WiFi and room telephone was not working. No towels in bathroom upon check in. No laundry lists or bags in room either. Rooms need decorating and upkeep. Seem to be bent on maximising revenue rather than customer satisfaction. They seem to employ lots of freshers who lack basic communication skills. Should invest heavily in training staff.
