With a private drive and pool, you share nothing with the neighbor! Plenty of seating in both living and dining area, and a kitchen the finest cook will enjoy! Chill with a swim in the pool, nicely decorated pool deck and plenty of lounge chairs. Or relax in a rocker on the porch, taking in the breeze of Garden City Beach. Hard wood floors, tastefully furnished, and with a roomy space with picnic tables for family BBQs. Any way you choose, come and do some with us here at the beach!

It was a great location and setup for family.

There was a empty Dr Pepper can between couch and Kleenex. The shower door was off track in the bedroom upstairs and feel on my husbands foot cutting it. Carpet needs replacement. But I would stay again.
