Wake up & watch an amazing sunrise from a private, oceanview balcony. This suite is a true one-bedroom. Unlike most of the oceanfront properties, you do not walk into the bedroom, but to the kitchen/living room area. You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom.


The space
No need to look any further!!! Patricia Grand Resort's 17th-floor corner suite. This is the most spacious floorplan in the entire structure. It can accommodate up to 8 guests (2 queen-sized beds in the bedroom as well as a full-size Murphy bed and sofa bed in the living room). When you don't feel like going out, the new full kitchen with a granite countertop is fully stocked to enable you to prepare homemade meals. A roomy and elegant living room is ideal for unwinding after a long day, socializing with friends and family, and creating lifelong memories! It comes with all-new furniture and porcelain tiling throughout the suite.

Other details to note
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only some of our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us.
The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, a full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
