Royale Palms 1706 Renovated Oceanview w/Pool/Beach

Totally updated, spectacular ocean view 2 BED / 2 BATH Jewel in South Carolina on the 17th floor of Royale Palms Resort, located next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. We took last winter to upgrade the condo and it's ready to share all the high-end changes we've made. New wood laminate flooring in every room after having removed the carpeting. The full-size kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and an open floor for entertainment. The space gets natural sunlight throughout the day and the balcony has seating to watch the Sunsets every day!

The furniture in the dining and living rooms has been updated along with a 60" entertainment Smart TV in the living room. An electric fireplace is mounted under the TV to create ambiance during the occasional stormy day or warm up the evening during winter months. The fireplace can be set to either heat or ambient flames and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' private pool area for more secluded relaxation.

Hilton / Embassy pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included. Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

1706 The Nicest Condo
For our summer beach vacations, we have rented condos every summer at Royale Palms since it opened. #1706 is by far the nicest decorated condo we have had! We love the coastal decor. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Hope to have it next summer.

Condo is a very nice size and a good location. Cleaning company could do a better job of vacuuming out drawers and wiping out fridge, but overall very clean. Sheets are a performance fabric and get a little hot. Cotton would work better in the summer months at the beach. New pillows (with pillow protectors) could go a long way. Overall a very nice stay.

This is our happy place
This is our second time staying in this unit. We love everything about it. The boogie boards and sand toys in the closet were a hit. Awesome washer/dryer and love the tub! We enjoy staying here and recommend it to anyone that is visiting Myrtle beach.

This particular unit was recently refurbished. It has a very fresh feel and is extra roomy. My family of 5 had more than enough space. It is located on a high floor and has an ocean view. The outdoor balcony provides a nice view and relaxing environment. Compared to friends who stayed in the same building during our trip, this unit was by far the best. Everyone who came by to visit us said the same exact thing. They were all impressed by the modern and clean layout. The next time we come back, we’re definitely going to try to get this unit again.

Although I have stayed at the Royal Palms many times, this is my first experience in this unit. It is by far the nicest one yet. The condo furniture was functional and comfortable. We had an awesome time at the Royal Palms 1706. The unit is exactly as you see in the pictures. All the furniture and beds were comfortable and the condo was nicely decorated. The check in process was quick and easy. They even texted me to let me know that we could check in early if we wanted which was amazing. We had questions when we first checked in and the owners responded immediately with a phone call. The parking deck is close by. The pool and beach access was close as well. The location was great. About a 15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely book this condo again. This may be our go to place when in North Myrtle Beach.

Love Staying at Royale Palms
First time staying at a Royale Palms Condominium. My husband and I loved the decor of the condominium. Also, it was very comfortable and lacking nothing that was needed. We thank you for the snacks that were left for us also. We loved all the amenities included with the condo. Chanda was very easy to work with regarding our entire stay. We definitely plan on staying here again during future vacations to Myrtle Beach.
