A Disaster!

We have stayed at small beach fronts before, it's just our style. This time was aweful. The condo itself is nice with clever little touchs for convenience. HOWEVER, it wasn't too long before we noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Long red hair strands everywhere along with pubic hair. It was late, we needed to go to the store anyways. We picked up Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We go to turn in for the night and neither of the 2 TV's are working. We turn down the bed and there is more hair everywhere! It is then that we notice crumbs in front of the kitchen sink. Our conclusion is . . this condo hasn't been cleaned for at least a week. Our convo with the owner or property manager is that he was just there and all was as it should be. : ( We left after the first nite wasting 682.00. My advice is get insurance with these places cuz there's no guarantees.

Great stay w view

It was in a nice area w a beatiful view! The key code lock to the door went out the 2nd day we arrived and the host was there within an hour to quickly fix it which was super appreciated! We stayed as a family of 5 and there were only 2 rolls of TP.. which for that amount of people isn’t much so we had to buy our own… Also the plumbing in the shower was terrible- for a 5 minute shower you’d be standing in inches of water.. as far as the resort goes the pool and jacuzzi were also open to the public which I didn’t care for…. overall the room was clean and nice and the view was worth it .. would stay again!

Great place

The place was larger than I thought it would be. Open the door and first room is a good size bedroom with closet, king bed, a/c, tv. Then small but efficient kitchen with everything you might need. Bathroom also has everything but tub bottom is not completey flat so slippery. Large room after that with TV, couch, table and chairs. Balcony with ocean and beach view, awesome if you like to people watch, bring binoculars! I’d stay again although a little expensive. Oh, the door lock malfunctioned, 2nd day. I called manager and he came to condo quickly to assess. He called his handy man while he went to Lowe’s for a new lock. Handy man replaced in 10 minutes. Many restaurants nearby, beach right behind condo bldg, and all in all a nice place to stay. Very convenient location and elevators quick. I’ll stay again.

Very well located for small family

The apartment is very well located and the access to the beach is great. The apartment is very small, I recommend for a couple with a baby/toddler maximum. There was a weird smell in the bedroom I think it’s because the humidity. But it bothered me. Be aware that coffee and sugar are not offered.

Great location

Wonderful view from 14th floor, nice layout, steps from beach, access to 2 pools and hot tub. Pretty clean but they must have forgot to do the floors as they were full of sand when we arrived. A little disappointed they don’t supply any beach towels or chairs for the beach. Quieter area about 10 blocks from boardwalk. Overall very nice.

Try nice beach front location

My husband and I stayed here for a month and found the location to be great! Beach front property, easy access to beach. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The place was very clean when we got there. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us. Definitely considering rebooking for next year again.

Almost perfect

Everything was great that pertained to the room. It was a hassle when it came to the lobby. First trying to walk through the mess of tile being removed. After that couldn't use the entry door to leave or return. Then having to walk all around tiles with the spacers. Also the entry door was not secured at night. Other than that I would definitely come back again. It was just an inconvenience with the men working and the mess. It really is a great place to come again.

Great Stay, Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. We origionally were going to stay for 4 nights, we asked to extend to 7 nights, they entire process was easy. The condo is well appointed, clean and convienient, but the view is spectactular. We would absolutuly stay there again.

Wonderful ocean view

Overall a very good stay. As older adults we found the LR furniture low and uncomfortable. We found the floor to need a good cleaning. The bed was great and the AC units were very quiet.
