TV remote dead to late to complain no TV in evening or morning disappointing. Light roast coffee very bitter in the morning. Room clock set 30 minutes off.

I was surprised when I did check in as the reception guest service employee said I had booked a KING room. I corrected her and told her that I had booked a room with 2 QUEEN beds. Luckily one room was available and she re-accommodated me to the room with 2 QUEEN beds. Everyone was nice and the place was very clean and comfortable.
