The location is perfect, good security, convenient store downstairs opens from 7am to 10pm offers good food selection and also gift. The breakfast at cooperated restaurant is also nice, covering japanese and western food. The water pressure is high and water is hot enough for a nice shower or bath However the noise from rail below the building is noticeable. I am a light sleeper so I must use earplug for noise proof. A recommendation, if the concierge can help sending out postcard would be prefect. A very disappointing experience was that, we asked for an extra blanket (so me and my friend need not to share one) but they could not give us a soft white fluffy one but a heavy wool which disturbingly scratched my skin. Despite of this, the hotel is fair and I still recommend it.

완전 좋은 위치 건물안 모든게 다 있어 40도 육박의 더위도 문제없이 여행을 마쳤습니다 조식도 훌륭했고!! 다만 24층 우리 객실에서 역한 냄새가 계속 있었습니다 원인이 무엇인지 몰라서 민원은 넣지 않았습니다 이전 손님이 두고 간 작은 장난감 조각과 침대 헤드부분에 쌓인 약간의 먼지로 청결부분은 보통수준입니다

This is my first time in Nagoya, and this hotel provided an excellent experience. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops, and train stations just downstairs. The service is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the buffet breakfast, I did have lunch here and it was delicious. Everything was great. If the laundry service for families on long stays could be enhanced, it would be even better than perfect.
