The property has everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, friendly approachable and polite staff who has made us felt welcome. Thanks to the dining room team Yvonne, Jacinta, Joy and chef Evans who has provided the cake and traditional birthday celebration for my wife. Patrick the porter who make sure we were ok everyday, Mary Florence and Jedidah the supervisor team very engaging and has made our transition hassle free, the housekeeping team you are amazing thanks for looking after us you made us felt at home, we absolutely enjoyed our time and will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Hotel is in great condition. The room is very clean and in very good condition. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Foods in restaurant are excellent. We arrived at 9am after long flight. They offered to let us check in early for $50. The airport pick up by hotel was also great. I thought I could walk around hotel as it is centrally located. But the area outside hotel does not look good and it does not seem there are any sidewalks either. Nairobi is not a very walkable city for tourists. Other than that, it’s a very good stay in Nairobi before our Safaris tour

Nice stay!
Stayed for one night and it was great. I got there at 11PM and the restaurant a still serving food, which was great as my flight was delayed and I was hungry. The room was nice and though it was right beside a fly-over, I didn't know that until I opened the window drapes in the morning. Very good sound proofing. The AC could be a bit better too I guess, but was fine. The bathroom was also good except for poor lighting at the mirror. The breakfast buffet included was also great.

Service staff were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. The only issue we encountered was an air conditioning system that was not functioning properly. Our room was changed twice, but each room remained very warm with temperatures in the rooms over 78 degrees. The issue was ongoing during our three day stay.
