Absolutely awesome resort
This was one of the best experiences I have had with Hotels.com. Absolutely amazing from the moment I got to the property, to the minute I left. The beach was right at the foot of the property, the pool was awesome, the staff remembered my name, and Miki, the front desk hostess even lent me her phone charger. Dinner was great, rooms had amazing views. Absolutely worth the adventure.

The beach is amzing with nice laid back landscape. Enjoyed the hotpool and kayaking Staff very friendly and owner Mr Praneel is very approachable. Made the stay very comfortable. Also have free upgrade to sea view bure roo. Highly recommend thisnplace

This place punches well above its weight for 3 star accommodation. The rooms and facilities are basic but clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous location and views. The only let down was the menu. We ate there the first night and the marlin was caked in burnt overly salty spice mix and basically inedible even after scraping it all off. We ate at other places from that point but decided to give it another go on our last night. My partner’s battered fish was covered in chili oil which wasn’t mention on the menu board, and my chicken burger was an over seasoned chicken mince patty that looked like it was cooked from frozen. Really disappointing. I would stay here again but avoid the restaurant. This would have been a 4 star review if it wasn’t for the food.

The location is very pictures but totally unsuitable for guests with disability or walking difficulties. There are too many steps up or down all around the resort. Also the property is 4 km of unsealed very mountainous road to the main road. We were concerned, with lot of rain we might get stuck there.

It’s a very quiet and beautiful location. The staff is very friendly and the meals are good; fruit and pastries for breakfast and a nice selection including fish and vegetarian meals for dinner. The place does not feel crowded and is very peaceful. The beach and reef are beautiful. We had a very relaxing time, also due to a very ‘soft’ activities program that included connection to place and nature. Only thing as mentioned by other guests is that the towels in the bathrooms need urgent replacement, and there were no sun screens around the pool, so finding shade is a bit problematic at times.

I would have given 5 stars but was appalled on the quality of food and food prizes. It was a Sunday I ordered rice and lamb curry which was served cold, even when I asked it to be heated it came back cold. The team management really need to look into this,

Stunning gardens and location, we came for lunch on a previous visit and decided to come back and stay. Lovely beach and village, we stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Plenty of activity for those interested. rooms were clean and new comfy beds with aircon and fan. nice to have a spa at end of day. The 2 young men running activities were awesome! Nice low-key place to chill out , good food and reasonably price but everything else great - would go back

Great location away from busy Suva… and away from main road… facilities are a bit tired & worn down, but clean. Shower water pressure wasn’t very good… but a small thing really. Food was kinda pricey.. but Fiji in general is a bit pricey…. and would have liked to see more local foods on the menu. A nice quiet and scenic spot… though getting to and from there is expensive and watch out for the transport hustlers at Nausori airport… everyone’s trying to make a buck on the side… a reflex of the cost of living pressures and low wages.

Resort is run down with lots of bugs. I got lots of bites! Staff is great but menu is very limited. Unless you have a car you are stuck eating at the resort. We had a car but the road to/ from resort is bumpy and narrow. You need to drive half hour to get to any decent restaurants.

Don't stay here. It is dirty, falling apart, with rude dismissive staff. It took me an hour and a half to get a clean room. Then I had to go down and get my own towels. Dining serious was very slow and poor. There was wild dogs running around the grounds at night, and the walk up to the buras is very steep. No safe or phones where provided in the suite. Pay alittle more and find a better safe and up to date hotel.

From the moment we checked in, everything was terrible. Except for the view. Staffs need proper training. Food is horrible. If anyone wants to lose weight, then they can stay for a week. Im glad we booked for one day. Never going back again. The staffs dont know their job. All they good at is saying bula and sorry sir. Their famous words. Worse thing is that the service was even worse with the director being present.

The resort was excellent and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem was that the entryway to the hotel was not very nice. It was a long narrow dirt road and was unpleasant for driving.

There is a 3km gravel road to the resort which is very unsafe. Most of it are one way. Drivers have to be extra careful. Price of food is very expensive and there are no shops or restaurants nearby

There is so much to like about Crusoe's. Beautiful setting, (far) way from main road. No traffic noise. A $6 school bus to Sigatoka if you want a day out. Another resort you can walk to (over the beach) if you want a more flavoursome cuisine, or a quieter nighttime vibe. Fantastic sea views from all bure. Snorkeling right outside the resort. Most of all, very relaxed,warmhearted, hospitable staff. If you are an introvert or you value silence, just be aware that at times the sounds of music and nighttime dining room activities penetrate all over the resort. But for more socially inclined people, and for families...brilliant.

Pros: - comfortable beds and pillows - beautiful gardens - quiet, peaceful and relaxing - the staff were fantastic and made our stay positive - huge shower and piping hot water - wonderful views over the sea - a smaller resort so it had a personal, friendly feel about it - the facial we had was great, and left our skin glowing Cons: - the food was expensive and mediocre, and limited choice and variety - the prices for dinner were almost double the lunch prices so we didn’t eat dinner because of that - because of how remote the resort is, you have no other options for food if you don’t have a car - the room we stayed in was comfortable, but a bit run down and could do with some maintenance - the prices for activities, taxi and massages were more expensive than the other resort we stayed at
