Good location - very close walk into Downtown Napa. We stayed in a spacious room. No staggered breakfast service meant that you could be waiting for some time until your order was taken / food delivered, and a table. Forgot that I was plant based (crying inside).

This was a perfect B&B for a relaxing weekend. The convenience of the area and proximity to Downtown Napa was perfect. The people were very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Book it!
Wonderful home on a quiet street with centuries old trees shading it- perfect for reading under. Time before breakfast is perfect for coffee and talking with other guests and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are large and comfortable as is the bed and pillows. Take a shower or soak in the clawfoot tub- you know you want to soak…. It’s an experience that is so different- and more personal- than staying in a large hotel. Book it!

The staff were very upset when Expedia rebookedd us from another hotel and revoked our booking eventually. The the fact is families and children under 10 are NOT allowed. I was disappointed. We lost a booking and two hours on the phone with the staff and Expedia. This is definitely a cold property and for adults only. The young lady at the front desk tried to assist to make an exception as we were a family with children under 10 but the manager was rude to me and my kids quite mean. They wanted to charge us for an additional person and ran our credit card manually wrong. Which caused it to decline. This is an adults only property which I would not recommend to others.
