Our 3-bedroom paradise retreat is fully furnished and has a split open floor plan with volume ceilings, a lanai, and a heated pool on a cul-de-sac, pie-shaped lot.
The villa is centrally located in a secure, gated, 24-7 and renter's most popular Briarwood community, and a short drive to the beach, famous old Naples 5th Avenue, Mercato, close to supermarkets (Whole Foods, Publix), drug stores, restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls, and banks. Briarwood is a quiet gated community that also offers lap and resort heated swimming pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, a children's playground, and a soccer area.
The villa has an open-concept living area and can accommodate 6 persons.
Our comfortable, high-ceiling living room space with two large designer leather sofas opens up with 3 sliding glass doors to the in-ground, heated swimming pool, and enclosed patio overlooking a serene and stunning garden retreat. To further bring the coastal ambiance to our guests, we include vibrant tropical and beach décor throughout our house.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a vanity, a walk-in shower, and a toilet are located on one side of the house. There is also a pocket door for extra sound protection between the living room and the two bedrooms. The bathroom is also directly accessible from the pool area. Both bedrooms have an ample size wardrobe area as well as dressers.
The dining area and master bedroom with a bathroom and vast wardrobe are located on the other side of the house. The Master ensuite bathroom has a double sink vanity as well as a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet area/water closet.
The dining room has a wood dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. Next to the dining room is a dinette area with an iron-glass dining table for 4.
Brand new installed high-end kitchen has a beautiful granite top peninsula with 4 fabulous and comfortable counter chairs. The kitchen, with a new black stainless-steel look and smudge-free appliances, opens to the living room, dining, and dinette area.

Extensive and the highest quality new kitchen utensils and gadgets/appliances have been carefully selected for the enjoyment and satisfaction of our guests. There are also plenty of placemats, and table runners to choose from.

Our recent renovations of the villa include:
• installed brand new, stylish, antique white kitchen with high cabinets and a sleek and modern granite countertop with oversized and deep kitchen stainless steel sink;
• new modern, wood-like Italian porcelain tiles throughout all three bedrooms and the master wardrobe;

For child safety, the villa has door alarms installed on all doors facing the pool area.

The Briarwood community offers two, heated resort and lap pools, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and a children's play area.

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by taking extra care to clean and disinfect all areas and surfaces of our property before your check-in. We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. Please note that we do not allow back-to-back bookings.

We inspect the property for compliance with cleaning, safety, and maintenance protocols before each guest’s arrival. We ensure the overall health, safety, and quality of property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.
