Perfect location
This condo is directly across the street from beach access adjacent to the Marriot. Close to everything in Marco. Very clean one bedroom. Kitchen could use some stocking improvements like more silverware, coffee cups and drinking glasses. Rental agent very attentive. Nice that it had beach cart w/chairs, umbrella and cooler. Second floor unit with elevator faces front of building. Quiet condo. Nice small pool and single tennis court, but we didn’t use.

JW Marriott without the price
I had a conference at the JW Marriott which was sold out. Glad it was. This condo was perfect. It was right across the street and served its putpose well. Clean, comfy and not much further than a hotel room!

Hello. This apartment is really very clean, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, close to all kinds of shops. the pool is heated, on-site numbered parking is always free, thank you very much.

Good location to restaurants, beach etc. Bed and furniture comfortable. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the balcony. Good parking Daily price was too high. Wouldn't pay that price again. Key to get in to apartment difficult. New lock needed. TV remote was confusing to use. Maybe set wrong? Guide opened at channels 400s' instead of 2,3,4 etc.

This was the very 1st time I booked a vacation at a condo. It was wonderful .Everything I needed was there. The beach was no more than a half a block away. it was a very good location. when I decide to go back to Marco Island again I will defenetly rent again at this location.

Cute little space- great location!
Loved the apartment! Cute space and great location just steps from the beach and a nice pool. The pull out mattress was thin and I had bars in my sides so I had to add cushion but it was ok and I slept well. People were very nice and instructions were great and easy. Would recommend!

Great location on Marco Island
Perfect location for beach access without paying on the beach prices. We enjoyed the pickle ball court, poolside lounging and great access to restaurants, walks on the beach, and coffee shop. There was even a hair and nail salon below us. No road noise as the condo has amazing sliding glass doors. West facing so we could enjoy the afternoon sun from the balcony. It’s not a large unit, but perfect for the 2 of us.

Fabulous vacation and very nice owner who let us in when we got locked out
I love these condos. This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this building but the first in this unit. The unit was dated and needs serious updating. Otherwise fine. Owner very nice. My family was in other units that were much nicer for the same price so I can't say I was thrilled with the stay. Furniture looked like the Goodwill truck pulled up and they grabbed first stuff they could find. But you can't beat the location.

Nice unit for a one bedroom. Perfect location for beach access across the street. Only one TV in living room so no bedroom TV watching. Average cleanliness and unit is right over a hair salon so no noise at night.
