The property was beautiful, just a short walk to the beach. Pool area was well kept. Check in and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate at the pool and the beach restaurants - not only was the staff unfriendly and inattentive at both, the food was poor. We didn’t take a chance with the other restaurants- we ate off the property for dinner.

This is one of our favorite spots in Naples. The beach access is sublime. The resort itself is very nice, however becoming dated quickly. The only drawback is the food is extremely overpriced and they are stingy with portions. So we suggest you eat off the resort. Otherwise it was a great day. We hope that they upgrade this property soon.

We enjoy this Beautiful hotel. Only complaint I would have is the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hairs in the corner of the shower and the water pressure was low. It is an older hotel and doesn’t seem that they have updated the rooms/bathrooms in quite a while. The lobby and restaurants have been updated and are beautiful.

My husband and I booked one night for a quick get away. Staff was friendly and enjoyed the amenities. The shuttle to beach was convenient along with lounge chairs being available.

Very disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. They are outdated and rooms smell musty. We had a group with us so several rooms and all had same disappointment. I’m sure at one time these were great but could use a serious walk through from upper management considering chipped paint, broken fans, stained shower curtains, chipped mirror, and rugs that I’m sure contribute to the musty smell. The spa could also use some upkeep even the though I am a huge fan of their spa. Staff were absolutely wonderful on site. Food and drinks were good. Limited car services meaning you can only Uber. Beautiful location so I hope they invest in the Naples grande future and consider some upgrades and improvements.
