Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you’re able to start just one load of towels that helps her turn the place around for the next guest. Those steps are not mandatory but they are good practices and help a lot our housekeeping crew.
Don't forget to take all your personal belongings. Common places to look are inside the closet, all drawers, shower, cabinets, under the bed and inside the washer/dryer.
Astly remember to log out of any apps in the smart TVs you may have logged into. I.e. Netflix, Spotify etc. And if you can leave the AC thermostat at 76 degrees.
