The perfect holiday! We last stayed at the Royal Continental in Naples in 2019 and decided to return to celebrate our our Ruby Wedding Anniversary there. We got a very warm welcome, everyone was so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing including breakfast, food in the lobby, and the pizza in the roof top bar fantastic. We would love to come back its such a special hotel. Trips whilst in Naples included Capri and the tunnels which I would definitely recommend.

Room was infested with ants. Requested another room and there was plumbing problems they had to work in room a few hours to rectify. Then tv did not work everyday they had to come to reset router. Not prompt in coming to room to fix 2-8 hours every time.

Our large bathroom flooded when the shower was used. The shower seal had so much mold on the seal that water just flowed under it. The air conditioner did not work. They said they would fix both of these but neither was ever looked at. Finally, the 6 am wake up call was never made to us and when I asked why, they said I never asked for one. Avoid this property.

Don’t skip breakfast!
Late check in was easy and professional. Room was spacious and clean. This is a big hotel, with out of date styling but otherwise excellent in every way. Breakfast in the wonderful room with floor to ceiling windows looking out directly across the water to Capri is amazing!

Nail on for all/any future visits to Naples
Brilliant hotel in a great location for everything. Staff are fantastic - friendly, polite, and very accommodating. The roof pool is small but a very peaceful spot to escape the madness of the city, and the 10th floor bar and terrace with a view over towards Capri is a great place to finish of a busy day. Would highly recommend 👍

Everything was okay for our one-night stay. However, the bathroom felt outdated and could use renovation to modernize its old style. The location was absolutely perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the view. We had a breathtaking front ocean view, which was very relaxing. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, just a 20-minute drive away.
