Room was clean and quiet and the hotel is very conveniently located basically within Nara station. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Shower was very nice and room had modern furniture and technology. Staff was very nice and polite.

Right next to train station. Had coin-operated laundry that was very easy to use and had English translations. We didn't have enough coins but were able to go to the front desk to exchange our smaller coins for the needed 100 yen. There was a restaurant and bar downstairs which seemed nice, but we did not have time to visit. The room was bigger than we expected and had a nice view. Able to connect to our Netflix account. Staff very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

Super convenient in locating next to Nara train station and bus stations. You can take bus from the station directly to major attractions like Kofuku-ji, Naramachi and Todaiji/ Isuien Garden. The room is big and clean.

The hotel was clean and fairly new. The rooms are very small. We found room to open one of our two medium size suitcases. The other had to stay closed and in front of the door. The breakfast buffet was nice but mostly a Japanese breakfast. The staff does not speak English. The hotel is in a great location. It is more suited for local visitors opposed to foreign tourist.

Great. Easy check in. Facilities were nice. I don't know if this was missed but a glads cup was missed in the bathroom thadd supposed to go with the other cup by thr kettle. Otherwise, spacious and very comfortable. I plan on coming back and staying at this location. Thank you!!!
