Renovation completed 2019. Experience the musical magic of Nashville from this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo that sleeps 6! Located right in the middle of scenic and historic Hillsboro Village just two miles from downtown, this unit offers quick access to the best of Nashville without the noise and crowds of staying downtown.


Our unit features a luxurious living space, outfitted with clean furnishings and warm highlights to create a stylish experience. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine combined with a seating peninsula makes preparing and eating any meal a breeze. Rest and relax in the living room. Make yourself comfortable on the plush corner sofa while you stream your favorite show on the flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Upstairs, the unit features 2 private bedrooms complete with a Jack and Jill style bathroom that allows everyone their own sink and vanity and provides shared private toilet and tub. Downstairs guests can enjoy another full bathroom located conveniently next to the kitchen and living room. The oversized sectional sofa can sleep two additional guests.


Hillsboro Village is a slice of southern charm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. Eat dinner like a local at the historic Brown’s Diner which has continuously served Nashvillians since 1927 when it opened as a mule drawn trolley car. Other local restaurants are the famous Pancake Pantry and coffee enthusiast haven Fido. Don’t forget to consider eating brunch at Biscuit Love or Ruby Sunshine. The Grilled Cheeserie offers a unique and memorable lunch experience. The Village also hosts familiar favorites like Hopdoddy, Double Dogs, Jeni’s, and Crumbl Cookies. Provisions are plentiful as well with a Kroger grocery store and Village Wines located a short walk away down tree lined 21st Avenue. Looking for something to do? The Belcourt Theatre has been operating in the Village since 1925 and screens a variety of films every day. AnzieBlue, AB, offers regular live music performances. On a sunny day it’s hard to beat Fannie Mae Dees Park, better known to locals as Dragon Park for its large mosaic dragon sculpture. Also nearby is the commercial district at 12th South, Belmont University, Music Row, and Nashville's Centennial park and full sized replica parthenon. The Village is located less than two miles from the heart of Nashville’s downtown scene and the trip can be made by foot, Nashville’s WeGo’s Number 7 Bus which runs every 20 minutes, car, or rental bike.


Downtown Nashville is home to a potpourri of exciting attractions. Pay homage to the legends at the Country Music Hall of Fame or get tickets for a show at the Ryman Auditorium. See a show at the Ascend Amphitheater or take in some history at the Tennessee State Museum.

Perfect Location
We came to Nashville for a college visit at Belmont University with our oldest. The location was perfect. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby that we were able to walk to. The space was comfortable, yet small, which was fine for the three of us. The only thing we didn’t love was how loud the air conditioner was when watching TV. Also, the TV has limited apps, so it made it hard to watch what we like, but that’s ok. Molly, the hose was very responsive and easy to get a hold of when we needed her. We would recommend for sure!

My family and I enjoyed our stay on Aklen Ave. This is a great location and close to downtown and many other cool attractions around Nashville. We enjoyed walking to dinner at several close by restaurants, breakfast at Pancake Pantry, and Ice Cream at Jenni’s just down the block.

The manager was very kind to let us check in early. She was easy to contact as well. There are a couple things that can be upgraded like the shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom. It has too much pressure and sprays water everywhere. It also gets very hot upstairs so anyone that needs a cold room to sleep will have trouble. Overall stay was good.

LOCATION!!
What a great week! We were in Nashville for our son's baseball camp at Vanderbilt. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the sports fields, great neighborhood with lots of cute shops and good restaurants. Located very close proximity to Belmont also.

Nice location and property, and very clean. The apartment is small but is definitely better than squeezing our party of 4 into a hotel room. It was nice to have a family room to lounge in and two king beds were much better than two doubles in hotel room (plus washer/dryer for laundry). Great location to walk to restaurants for dinner and breakfast, and amazing local once cream shop just steps away (we frequented each evening!).

Had a great stay, the townhouse was perfect for my stay. Had a very last minute request, and the host was super fast on communication and accommodating my request! Place was clean, nice furnishings, and loved the 2 bedrooms with 2 comfy king beds. Perfect location to Hillsboro Village, loved the convenience to walking everywhere. The property had a very nice layout, although smaller than the pictures looked. It was in a good location and walking distance from shops and restaurants. It was clean and a fairly quite location with the exception of the last morning when there was hammering and construction noises going on. The railing on the top of the outdoor stairs was loose and potentially dangerous. It was very comfortable but could have been better with a full length mirror, more towels, towel bars, and/or hooks, hangers, some drawers in the bedrooms and storage shelves in downstairs bathroom.
