Our stay was delightful! The staff Angelia was so helpful and kind. It was late when we arrived and Angelia’s shift near end but she welcomes us with the biggest smile with lots of energy. The place is near to everything

Liked that it did not have carpet. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Didn’t like noise heard from other rooms and hallway. Bathroom shower head didn’t have enough pressure.

Only passing through for one night but noticed how convenient it was - short distance off the interstate yet close to Vanderbilt campus and easy drive to all the music venues and honky Toni’s. Safe neighborhood.

Good room, comfortable bed, no ice makers, you do your own clean up and trash disposal until day you leave, and ealls are very thin, bring own shampoo and conditioner.. Staff is exceptional though

When we arrived at the hotel yesterday, the check-in staff asked if we were there for the hospital or for something else in Nashville. This surprised us a bit, as it seemed like the hotel primarily served guests who were visiting the nearby hospital. The atmosphere felt more like a place for those who needed to be close to the hospital.
