Absolutely wonderful, amazing staff in every department- rarely experienced anything like it. The only thing that was irksome was no coffee in the room and an hour and a half wait every day for coffee from room service. I’d be happy to PAY for room coffee as an added charge to satisfy whatever contract Starbucks demanded that created the no coffee situation. Something to consider as I’m sure many others would be happy to pay for in room coffee availability.

We where there for our Anniversary. The staff, room and whole resort was wonderful. We found using the app for Gaylord most beneficial when navigating around the resort. The whole trip was amzing.

The only add I have is you could use benches on every floor for people with mobility issues. Very difficult to walk multiple hallways. In addition, mobility scooters should be offered free to paying guests.

The Front Desk staff lied to me and said that they would review surveillance footage to help me track down an item I dropped when checking in. The checked back with the Front Desk several times during my stay. My belongings are somewhere. Either at the Resort or someone stole. They can check surveillance, they’re just choosing not to. I won’t stay here again.
