The staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a nice sitting area and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was wonderful, only steps to Broadway and all the action. We are definitely coming back to stay here next time.

The in-room coffee was terrible! I have stayed at lower tiered hotels with better coffee. At $300 per night I feel like the Hyatt should do better. It was nice to have an indoor pool, but it was so hot in there and the chlorine smell was overpowering. The pillows were lumpy as well. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, the hotel did not live up to the Hyatt reputation of years past!

The staff in all areas. When there were any issues they were resolved in a speedy value . Call the front desk was always beneficial. They were welcoming , friendly and always had a smile . Loved that they were willing to help and give suggestions of what to do and eat within the area !!! Love that ur key card only allows access to your floor , the parking area , and back entrance . Felt secure . Was pleasantly pleased with my four night stay .
