Walkable to Vanderbilt, Parthenon/Centennial Park, Hillsboro Village, West End. Within 3 miles of downtown & Music Row. Large bedroom with separate sitting area and twin daybed, living room with a fold-out couch (twin size) and desk/office in an alcove, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Large outside balcony from the front entrance plus a 2nd entrance from the backyard with use of backyard and patio furniture. Space for 1 car under carport plus public street parking. Use of washer/dryer in basement if needed.

Great Location
This was the perfect location for a football weekend at Vanderbilt. Easy walk to the game. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get anywhere. The house was comfortable, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Joe was very welcoming and had good recommendations

Nashville visit
Apartment was great...very roomy, easy check-in. Neighborhood very nice, quiet. Great location. Was able to park car off the street under the carport. Could walk to some restaurants. Nearby Centennial park is a nice morning walk. Near Vanderbilt University. Host was excellent to visit with. Gave us some good tips. We visited the Ryman for a show and he gave us a great parking tip. Will definitely use again if in Nashville.

Our host Joe was wonderful. The location is just perfect for us so close to downtown, highways, local neighborhoods for food and drink. Our rental had everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Nashville.

Perfect location for Vanderbilt football
The apartment was just right for a football weekend. It is close to the Vanderbilt campus, the Hillsboro community with lots of good restaurants, and a short drive to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, quiet and the off-street parking is a real plus. Joe is a very accessible host and answered all our questions.

3 Day Nash Stay
I enjoyed staying at Joe's rental. The neighborhood was quiet, super walkable, and close to many facilities, restaurants, and parks. Public transportation was also close by. I enjoyed the little vintage flat. It had nice towels and linens (which is not typical of many places). Separate AC unit, super hot water for showers, and a designated covered parking spot were also nice. Joe always was quick to communicate and was accommodating.

Really cute place!
We very much enjoyed pur stay here. The apartment had everything that we needed and having the owner live on the first floor felt very homey. Joe was fabulous. He greeted us upon arrival and was always a phone call away to answer any question we may have had. The location was also perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but so close to anything that we wanted to do.

Quiet neighborhood in upscale West End area in Nashville. Easy access covered onsite parking. Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and apartment. Close to everything. We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a nifty retro kitchen (still in excellent condition with modern amenities added), and comfortable beds and couches. It was equipped with everything we needed. Between walking, busses and Lyfts, it never took us more than 30 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go, usually less than 20 minutes. We didn’t spend a lot of time downtown, but it was about a 10-min walk + 10-minute bus ride, or a 10 minute Lyft to get there. There are several restaurants about a 15-minute walk away from the apartment.

Nice upstairs floor in quiet neighborhood
Joe let us have privacy, yet was in communication with us when needed. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants and bars with music (recommend The Local and Commodore at Holiday Inn). Only issue was internet/wifi was down from Saturday to Tuesday afternoon. Joe did keep us informed on the progress with the provider.

I can't say enough good things about Joe and his apartment! He was very easy to communicate with. The apartment has more room than we expected. The bathroom looks small in the photo, but ladies, there is a 4-shelf unit out of sight that will hold all your bathroom items! The location felt central to everything we wanted to do. Plus, we could park under the carport! Thank you Joe!

What a great apartment!
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment while exploring Nashville. Very comfortable and quiet, nice neighborhood. Admittedly we did not utilize the kitchen for much other than breakfasts, but the kitchen had all the necessary items. We would gladly stay here again!
