A nice enough stay. Excellent location for Broadway and other Nashville attractions. Our room was actually large but the lighting could have been better for reading. There were no hooks in the bathroom on which to hang the towels, don’t understand how this oversight has not been addressed. The breakfast was adequate. However totally NOT environmentally friendly. Paper plates and plastic knives and forks, come on Marriott you can do better than that. There were waiting staff but their job is just to throw things away. They should wash up instead of filling rubbish bags.

Great location to attend a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The terrace on the 21st floor with food and drink service has a spectacular view of Nashville at sunset. Nice complimentary breakfast too.

I didn't really care for Nashville in general- was basically one giant bar, but if that's your thing then you'll have a great time. We stayed to attend a conference. I have one complaint about the property- I'm 52 and was required to have a driver's license to prove I was of legal drinking age for their hotel pool bar. Their policy. I am NOT a regular or heavy drinker, though ordered a mixed drink for my wife and beer for myself to consume at the hotel pool-bar. Nope. They wouldn't do it without me going back up to my room to get my ID. Wasn't that important to me, but apparently really hit a nerve. :) My wife was able to order for us without me there and get as many drinks as she wanted. Little backwards in my opinion- ie require an id for each person, OR if they obviously have grey and wrinkles I think you're safe to serve. But unlimited drinks if you have one ID? well that's silly
