Located on the second floor of Beachview Condominium complex, this exceptionally clean and well maintained Navarre Beach condo rental unit overlooks the pool and tennis courts from a private deck. We are conveniently located next to Navarre Beach access 39B and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Beach.

* Generous family room with views of the pool and tennis court and includes two armchairs with ottoman, a queen sized sofa sleeper couch, loveseat, flat screen t.v. with dvd player.
* Kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, includes upgraded Corian countertops, and all the amenities of home as well as washer and dryer. The dining area offers seating for six with additional countertop bar stools.
* Deck, facing East, offers additional seating, cool afternoon shade and overlooks the pool and tennis courts.
* Spacious primary bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted flat screen t.v., and full master bath.
* Pack and Play Portable Crib with sheets and High Chair.
* Guest bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, flat screen t.v., and a full size bath.
* Free wifi, board games, DVDs, paperback books.

Dune Dreams Summer Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Dreams! The condo is set up to be comfortable for a family. All of the furniture is very comfortable and got the best night's sleep. Beach access is unbeatable for the price. We have stayed in several other condos in the same area and this is my favorite! Thank you Ann for being responsive and for your hospitality.

These folks have thought about the needs of their customer base, with items that are needed while staying for more than one night. We were amazed at many necessary items were provided. In addition, kitchen appliances that one normally uses at home were available. Well pleased.

Everything was more spacious than anticipated. Overlooks the pool, 2 second walk from the beach. Has a wooden walkway or right next to it is a sandy walkway that worked perfectly for taking our wagon to the beach each day. We loved our stay. Thanks Ann!

The outside of the property didn’t look good but the inside was nice the property Manager tried to tell me her friends saw more people In the unit than what was listed and also told me that they were missing 4 pillows now I don’t no who want pillow but definitely not me and 2 pillow cases were missing this is definitely a lie and I will never rent with this property again

Perfect location steps from the beach, and only a 5 minute drive back across the bridge into Navarre. Anne and Jeff are very communicative. Condo is clean, bright, super comfortable and a great place to relax after a day at the beach, or zoo, shopping, etc Hope to be back soon!

Condo has everything needed to enjoy a vacation or in our case even a trip for a funeral in the area. Having the beach, pool, and tennis court at our fingertips was a real treat at a time of loss. The beach sunrises were spectacular, weather perfect, and proximity to everything we needed. Great place that is comfortable, roomy, and has all the conveniences. The owner communicated with us frequently to respond to questions. Great overall experience.

Perfect getaway!
We love Navarre Beach! We had a relaxing girl’s trip. First time staying in Dune Dreams. Lovely unit, quite and cozy, we felt right at home. Nice pool area and just a few steps to the beautiful white sand and the gulf. The sweet owner was in communication with us during the trip to make sure our arrival and stay went well. We definitely hope to visit again in the future.
