Flip Flop Retreat is between the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach) and Navarre Sound, Santa Rosa Island. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. The property has indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the deck and pool with spa. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, comfortably sleeps 16 guest. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. The wrap around deck goes around the home so you can watch the sun come up and the sun go down. Large private in-ground swimming pool and SPA that can be heated, and outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas grill and a charcoal grill which every you prefer. Also a outside dining area. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WIFI, full size washer and dryer, large bunk room with ensuite and entertainment area. Perfect for family reunions. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $150.00 for one pet or $300.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change. Rates are set by owner.

Great house for families!
Great house! The bunk bed room was the best for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us. Walk to the beach. Bike on the back roads. One of our favorite places!

A little slice of heaven
We were attending my son's wedding on the beach. The house was large and spacious. We had 12 people and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. We had coffee on the porch every morning which made our day!! All of the rooms were large and inviting. Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely be returning.

My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The home is exactly as pictured. I would say that some of the pictures make it look dark, but it's not at all. Very bright and open. We loved the pool and hanging out under the home .

Such a cute house with great amenities. The shed has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The hot tub was a big hit with the kids! Tom was wonderful and quick to answer any question we may have! We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Family Vacay
We had a total of 12 people, 4 being children, for our first family vacation in Navarre. This was also our first time renting a house for the whole family and there's no way we would ever go back to a condo. The size of the house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes which was great since we made breakfast and lunch at the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony where you can see a bit of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great since we did have a lot of on and off rain and some red flags during our stay. There were two beach accesses about a 5 minute walk which was easy enough. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay another time!

Navarre Beach Vacation
We had a great week at Navarre Beach. It was our third time as a family to vacation in Navarre. We love the food, beach and the many activities that can be found for the kids. The home was laid out wonderfully. It was clean and organized. The pool was a great for us all. The home needs some maintenance but didn’t hinder our stay. We would stay there again. Great memories! I rented this to get my kids, grandkids and great-grandkids together for a week. Everyone had a terrific time. Having the pool and hot tub was the best. The house was awesome and we had plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. ❤️

The house was perfect for our family of 12; ranging in ages from infant to mid 60s. Clean, quiet, plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Great location- close proximity to the beach. Loved the large driveway and sand pit - the kids used it often. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

great house for a large family
We have a large multi-generational family. The four bedrooms plus a very large kids room accommodated us quite well. One grandparent had a room to himself; the other two grandparents slept in the kids room on the twin beds. It was a good fit all around. Of course, the kids loved the pool. Nice big living area and the wonderful wrap around upper decks fit our needs beautifully. This is our second year at this house and we hope to return next year.

Great Place
House was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The wrap around porch was a perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. The kids loved all the beach toys in the shed and swimming in the pool. The only problem we had was the hot tub didn't work. I contacted owner and he was quick to respond but unfortunately it didn't get fixed until the last day we were there. The weather wasn't great while we were there and the hot tub would have been nice to have on the chilly days. Also just FYI there are not TV's in all the bedrooms. Not having a TV in the bedrooms was a big negative for a few of the guest which I didn't know before booking.

Family vacation
This was our first vacation with all of our daughters and their families in Florida. It was perfect! We all had our own spaces but plenty enough room to come together which is why we were there. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had a croc pot. Close enough that you could hear the ocean and our babies that did not like the sand loved the pool. Hopefully we can all do this again soon. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact

Favorite Place
This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

Nice, clean, heated pool and large house
We had a family of 9 people with 2 being toddlers The house was plenty large for the family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It's about a 6 house walk to the beach. We also had a small dog and would rent again if in the area. Navarre is sooo much nicer than Pensacola Beach. The beach wasn't crowded and very little traffic. Navarre is better than Pensacola Beach.
