Der Putzservice ist vor dem Check Out ins Zimmer gekommen während dem Duschen nicht Oke man kommt erst nach dem aus checken herein.

Unser Hpusekeeping ist nicht digital mit der Rezeption verbunden und kann die Check-Outs nicht einsehen. Wir empfehlen immer, die "Bitte nicht stören" Karten an die Tür zu hängen oder abzuschliessen, solange Sie sich im Zimmer befinden. Bonjour l hotel était très bien ! Mais a la réception avant de payer je me suis aperçu que j avais oublié de mettre mon numéro de membre ACCOR HOTEL et je l ai expliqué au réceptionniste et il m as dit qu il ne pouvait rien faire ! J étais déçu car nous venons assez souvent dans vos hôtels ! J espère avoir de vos nouvelles ! Salutations Patrice Torche
