I loved the location if the hotel. The staff was really professional, friendly, and helpful. I didnt realize the pool was not heated at all. It was way too cold to get in. So i was bummed out not being able to use the pool.

Perhaps due to a spike in business over the weekend but the cleanliness was lacking in the room and within the corridors of the Hotel. When trying to engage with anyone at the front desk the responses were short and cold.

The toilet was running continuously so I had to fix it. Also the light in the in the bathroom was partially out. Overall, the room was dingy and there were stains on the walls. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The property was older and seemed full of culture. The windows to the outside were filthy and even though I paid for a view, all I really saw was air conditioners on rooftops. Bathroom could have used more care to change washers. The sink was dripping and the faucet in the tub didn't close completely so you lost half your water pressure in the shower head out the faucet.

Room was average, though definitely not super clean(Sheets and towels had makeup stains). The knob on the shower was broken and the bed was only comfortable because I had been drinking all day. Can’t say it would have been as comfortable sober. However the location is great. Right off of bourbon street so walking distance to both the French quarters and the stadium. I know how sketchy and scary NOLA can be if you wander too far in the wrong direction, but this area was busy and touristy enough to feel safe everywhere. Overall, it was fine for the price if you’re just staying the weekend

Awful experience. We checked in early to leave our baggage and was guarantee a 4 pm check in. After 2 hours and almost missing our dinner reservations we checked in. The staff was so rude and told me a different story each time I asked about our room. Would not offer any comp because I booked through Expedia. Would not recommend. They cannot handle large volume weekends.

Kind employees, room needs some work.
The staff was so kind and sweet but it took them 12 hours and 3 phone calls to bring up towels. They put 2 body towels in the room we booked for 3 people. A lot of the outlets didn’t work and the ones that did were very loose and the plugs would fall out. Most of the tv channels didn’t work. Water pressure was good, comfortable bed. I felt safe and welcomed. The parking situation is a bit complicated but the stay wasn’t bad.

I was really excited to stay at this hotel because of the area and the claims they have. Such as balcony and pool. Let me start by emphasizing that the Suite 1 King size bedroom is a coffin! No windows. It’s very suffocating. The balcony isn’t part of the rooms it’s part of the property. The bathroom sink kept clogging. And the worst part, no late check out. If you plan to stay out and drink don’t do it the night before you checkout. You will regret it since they have you check out at 11am.
