We stayed on the 4th floor and street noise was an isssue. Breakfast food was so-so (except made to order omlettes-yum), but otherwise, we had a great stay!

We came for the ERAS concert this past weekend. Overall I would stay there again, BUT valet needs either communication radios or more staff. On Saturday we waited an hour and a half for my car to be brought to the front. No communication on the ground level

the stay itself was average however the front desk “manager” Hailey was incredibly disrespectful after her staff confirmed we had our stay until Friday and she told us we are only able to stay until Thursday and said there’s nothing i can do. No Apology or sympathy, very disappointing!

Nice location but needs updates
The hotel is nice but for where it is and the price you’d think it would be better. Everything is just sort of old looking and dull. Needs lots of updates. The room furniture and everything was very mid. I wouldn’t call this a nice hotel. For the price point you can definitely do better. If the happy hour and breakfast matter then sure stay there but if you want something that looks and feels like 2024 don’t stay there.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Lounge was good. Rooms were dated. AC kept shutting off if there was no motion in room. Wake up sweating all night long. Over all I would stay there again.
