The location was good for what we can to do. The property was clean and smelled nice in the lobby. the front desk staff and the valets were extremely nice and helpful. But, The breakfast never changed. It was basically the same EVERYDAY, no variety. The Pool was freezing! Even for the hot weather outside, the pool temperature stayed at about 65 degrees! not very comfortable to enjoy. Also, in most Homewood's, they usually offer an evening social during the weekday, not at this location, that would have been nice to have. The position of the exhaust for the air conditioner on the balcony should be raised up because to actually enjoy sitting on the balcony in the heat of NOLA it was extremely uncomfortable with the added heat!

You have to pay an additional $45 for overnight parking. In front of hotel was a lot of construction going on. Ac did not cool off room until 2am. Hotel was clean. Nicer neighborhood than other areas in NOLA

Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans was fabulous! The front desk staff were friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat, directions to places of interest, and assisted us with printing boarding passes for our cruise. The room was large, clean, had a comfortable bed, nice shower, and a little kitchenette. The room, the staff, the location, the breakfast - everything exceeded our expectations!

Check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean. The city view was amazing. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good. Only down side was the price of parking. we ended up doing overnight parking down the block across walkons for $26. But overall everything was great.

I had to cancel due to a family emergency clearly beyond my control (I don’t control necessity for open heart surgery of an immediate family member) and penalty was not waived because it was “after penalty window closed”. I paid a ridiculous sum of money to never set foot on the property. So frustrating and would never book again or recommend to anyone.

Everything was wonderful but the A.C. wouldn't run consistently. It turned on and off all night so we went from cold to hot repeatly. Valet parking stayed super packed so we had to use a public parking garage which was right next door. I would come again.
