The front door opens onto the living room that includes a queen size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and bench seating. The dining room includes a four person dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, a dresser, and nightstands with access to the backyard.

Guest Access:
All guests have access to the backyard, laundry machines, commercial grade water machine, bicycles, and the barbeque.

The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.
