This property was nothing short of Amazing. It was secure, safe, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and was walking distance from me and my husband’s favorite restaurant in New Orleans(Deanies), as well as Bourbon.

This hotel is so beautiful! The rooms are spacious, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located where you can walk everywhere! I only want to book here whenever I’m back in NOLA.

This is your standard Residence Inn. No breakfast and no free parking. The hotel needs to replace ALL of the linens. Towels are cheap, worn and thin. The hard mattress and flat pillows weren't comfortable; myself and others woke up with stiff backs. This is NOT a premium hotel.

NO BREAKFAST AT THIS PROPERTY!!
We book Residence Inn quite often for the large rooms and delicious breakfast. This is the first Residence inn we have ever stayed at that did not offer breakfast. WE WERE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Nowhere on the site did it inform us customers that this property did not offer breakfast. The room was spacious and at first glance the bathroom looked nice but the shower head was old, was covered in soap scum, had no water pressure and the water never got hotter than warm. The soap rack was also rusted. We were pissed because there were plenty of other hotels in thr same area offering breakfast for the same price. Definately would not recommwnd this property.
