Great location but that's about it. The halls smelled weird, the room didn't have a fridge, the bathroom was so small there was no place to set clean clothes when you went to take a shower. The mirror in the bathroom was a mess, peeling reflective paper and tons on dust inside the mirror box. The biggest issue was NO hot water - barely lukewarm. The connected restaurant was maybe a 4.5/10.

This hotel smells, filthy, the tub was disgusting, the bed looked like it had bed bugs, it’s super crowded with a young crowd, experienced racism with some of the tenants since it’s a predominantly white crowd. The tenants did not want to ride in the elevator with me and my husband due to our skin color and they constantly hit the close button anytime we tried to get on with them. They laughed about it and thought it was a hilarious game. It was just an overall NO. I’m grateful that the supervisor Malcom was able to help with a refund and assist us with rebooking elsewhere. Malcom was honestly god sent!

I really enjoyed the conveniency of being able to exit the hotel and all of the good restaurants and Bourbon street were walking distance. When I was ready to go back to the hotel and relax, all it took was 5 mins! Only thing I had an issue with was the temperature for the water would not go pass like warm… very annoying that I could not take a HOT shower all weekend. But nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!

Great location but it was an old hotel - outdated, holes in the sheets, bathroom toilet didn’t work properly, etc. it was close to a lot of things so we loved that but probably wouldn’t stay again unless they did some major upgrades.

Great location and value for that amazing proximity to the French Quarter activities. The carpet and bathroom needs a remodel sooner than later, but everything was clean, the beds were fresh and staff was excellent. The dining next door was good, but not a lot of fresh options for breakfast (e.g. don't expect fruit or green things), but it was ok... just not great for a vegetarian or someone on a diet.

This "executive king room" felt more like a closet; thankfully, we were not there for staying in the room. Overall, things looked like an update was needed - room was very dark and needed all lights on to see well - with only 1 window to the far side of the room, very little natural light was possible as well. Likely not staying at this Wyndham in the future and certainly gives pause for this chain elsewhere - we do travel frequently and there are lots of choices available.

We checked in and went to our room where I took a shower. During which time I noticed water was leaking from the ceiling of the shower. I complained and we were switched to another room. When we got to the second room there were spots off mold on the ceiling and numerous spots in the bathtub. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there were spots in the tub where the slip resistant surface was missing. There was also a leak near the elevators on the 17th floor. The a/c did not work properly. We had the temp down to 60 before it would kick on. These issues were not what I would expect from a Wyndham property. This property is seriously in need of repair and updating. Upon checking in I was offered an upgrade for $15/night which means we could get a frig and microwave. Most if not all hotels I have ever stayed in have microwaves and fridges. I have never had to pay for those amenities. I will not be booking with Wyndham in the future. The plus side is most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was just far enough away from all the noise of Bourbon but close enough to walk around the Quarter comfortably.
