French quarter is too busy, it was difficult to get to the hotel or out by car/taxi. Streets are narrow. The hotel was fine.

Great security, staff and housekeeping. Some areas across the street and around quite a bit of pan handling and homelessness that was a little unsettling. Property was free of this and understand area has this issue. Staff made feel welcome and safe.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Location is perfect for walking to French Quarter. Quick ride to Frenchmen or Bourbon streets. Also only about 15-20 minutes from airport. Comfortable beds and of course liked the in room fridge and microwave

The property was decent. The location and the Staff were excellent. Property is outdated it definitely needs to be upgraded. The staff were courtesy and there were very polite. Although i loved the location, my next time visting I would have to stay at the Courtyard as the location is also great and the hotel is more modern and up to date.

We loved our room on floor 19 in the corner - NOLA doesn't sleep but we were very comfortable in that room. The AC is very loud, only real issue. It might need to be cleaned as well, my eyes did get infect from the AC, per my doctor. Lots of stuff flying through the air. loved the location, easy to get around the city, close to some great restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Jackson Square, the paddle boat etc. The staff were just fine, courteous and polite. The doormen keep the area outside the hotel neat and clean and politely asked others not to loiter outside the hotel doorways. BIG shut out to the men holding the door for you - loved that courtesy. I didn't catch everyone's name. Our favorite employee was Gappy, the concierge, she was polite, helpful, patient with all our questions and had a great smile and personality. A plus. We also like seeing security in the lobby. In any big city, you will see homelessness. No one bothered us at all during our stay. .

Amazing view from our 20th floor room. Room was a little dated and should have the carpets removed. The elevators were a little slow. The heat in the pool was broken but the view was amazing. My daughter didn't mind the cold lol I had to drag her out. I think the $40 parking fee is really awful, BUT all the other hotels are the same way.

The people outside in this area can be a bit seedy but I think it's par for the course with any of the hotels next to Bourbon St. Honestly, everything was just fine for my work trip and the AC runs well.

We did 4 nights took them forever to clean the room and when they finally did, they did not restock toliet paper or pick up the used towels. The staff said the right things but with F U tone. I would not recommend this hotel.
