There were restaurants, convenience stores close by. The staff was amazing. The room was excellent but had a very poor view. It was in a very safe area and we got to most of our tour pickups by walking.

Typical French Quarter lodging..area is got many homeless, price to park is outrageous($40 a day period, no matter what time you get there(we arrived at 4 pm, stayed 3 nights, and left early in morning but was charged for 4 days)..hotel is no worse than most in that area, but after becoming older, New Orleans has lost it's attraction.

5 STAR SERVICE… Front desk manager Deinira was a blessing above and beyond any expirations. Lost my wallet at a Jazz club the night before checkout. She helped me rebook my room through Expedia with ApplePay from my phone and gave me advice, comfort and some cash to get me by until I could return it via Cash app. The club found my wallet, returned it intact with my cards and cash. I in turn paid back the sweet and kind Deinira with a bonus. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you and God Bless them.

It’s ok.
Bathroom floor was dirty. The doorman was great! Room attendants need work, definitely. Turn over is high in that field, I get it, but they even missed the basics. I am a retired GM in the industry and started in housekeeping, tech them to refill the coffee and get hair out of the sink. Hot water did not work in one of our rooms. 5 people using the 1 remaining shower. Fix 1825 water.

Nice BEAUTIFUL property BEDS FELT LIKE CEMENT I slept for 14 hours when I got back to my bed. Shower SUCKS water pressure was cool tubs were tight n ‘shower curtain’ kept 0 water inside the tub when showering
