Need to get away for some sun and relaxation? This comfortable, spacious three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit has plenty of room for the entire family. The 5th-floor unit has two balconies, where you can enjoy a view of the ocean from the living area or relax while watching the sunset over the estuary from the rear balcony. Fully furnished and equipped so you will love your time here.

As you enter the condo you are greeted by a large open living space furnished with enough seating to accommodate all guests. Sliders off the living room lead to the balcony which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a view of the ocean. This well-stocked kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking and baking with loads of counter space and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. The large dining table has seating for up to 6 guests and allows for plenty of space to enjoy meals with family and friends.

Down the hall, you will find the spacious master suite featuring a California king-size bed, smart TV, a recliner for reading or napping, a large walk-in closet, and sliders to the rear balcony. The private master bath features his/her sinks, jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a full-size bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom features two twin-size beds. Both have dressers and large closets so you don't have to live out of your suitcase while at the beach. The 2nd full bath, located in the hall, features a tub/shower.

No garage parking. Two cars outside only. They can go in garage and unload but the car has to go outside. The garage is open from 7 am to 7 pm.

This fantastic condo features all the comforts of home including cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, and all your linens are supplied. The outside storage closet has a beach wagon, chairs, a mat, and a small cooler.
