A wonderful visit. So much quieter than other hotels I have stayed in in the area before. The staff were lovely, and the room really clean. Great location. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we could see the Empire State Building from our window. They offer free water and light refreshment in the lobby. It was beautifully decked out for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This hotel is excellently located a short walk from Penn Station and several subway lines in Midtown. The lobby and lounge are welcoming, and the room was clean, modern, and reasonably spacious by NYC standards. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Our stay came with breakfast vouchers, which bought a nice meal in the hotel restaurant/bar for our family of four. For Manhattan, this place is definitely good value for money. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here only for 1 night. The crew waa very nice. The bed was very cozy. The room was clean. The walk to Times Square, subway and places to eat is not bad. We were able to leave our bags, so we can walk around the city without dragging our carry-ons. And the most amazing part is that our room got upgraded for free.
