Room and bathroom was very small but still very nice. No iron or ironing board in the room but staff brought them to us quickly. I love to walk around New York, and this is a great area to do that. If you don’t need a lot of space in your room I recommend this hotel. I wouldn’t mind using them again at all.

Great location. I liked the art deco vibe. There weren't towels in our room when we checked in. I called housekeeping and a staff member brought towels very quickly, which I appreciated.

Originally we were given a room that was extremely tiny. I asked for another room and they gave us a room where one side of the bed was against the wall, so I had to climb over my husband to get into the bed. As an 87 year old that was extremely uncomfortable and dangerous.

The overall property was nice but I was not expecting to spend another $137 on amenities/facilities. I had my two daughters with me who are under the age of 21 which only allowed for two hours to use the rooftop restaurant. So we were never able to make that time as it was always booked. The lighting in the bathroom in the bunk room needs to be improved.

Really great hotel, perfect location. Good room size for New York. One elevator was out but cannot control that and it didn’t cause much delay. Room and staff were really nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good all around, spacious room, very clean. But right below the nightclub--ridiculous amount of bass, like, RIDICULOUS. Had to blast the white noise and it still really didn't cover it. Won't stay again for this reason, too many other places nearby to book.

Great location. The hotel was clean and we liked how they distributed the layout on the room for the queen bed and the individual bunk bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved how close it’s from a subway station.
